It was a great experience. Very efficient, which is very nice for a Doctors office! Tonya greeted me very pleasantly as soon as I walked in. Ayoola B called me back very quickly. She was super kind and showed genuine care for me. Asked and clarified for me her questions and my concerns. Made sure she recorded everything accurately. Dr. Hyde discussed my concerns with me in a way that I understood. Explained what he believed were the issues. Discussed how to move forward with what options I had. He listened to all my questions and answered them all in detail. I appreciated being listened to and heard at this appointment. And the care that I received.

The front desk personnel were great. The medical assistant was very pleasant and professional. The doctor was dry he didn't even crack a smile . He cheated the problem and was out of there ( room) .when we speak about the provider is it the business place or the doctor who attended you. That needs to be clear. Hope my next visit with him will be a more pleasant one.

Dr. Hyde showed concern for a condition i was experiencing that wasn't related to.my visit to him. He offered to help me and contact the medical personnel that should be helping me, but were not responding to my calls for help with understanding or caring and not on a timely basis. The staff at Dr. Hyde's office were very efficient, caring, personable and professional. Wellstar is fortunate to have Dr. Hyde.
