Dr. Prosser is a very kind and sweet individual that takes, that makes sure that she is very thorough with my babies. All three of my babies have been going to her their entire life, so over 13 years. She takes her time to make sure that I understand exactly what is going on. She explains anything. She sits down. She talks to me as my equal. The staff is absolutely fantastic. My eldest is the most difficult and they take their time with him. They treat him as though he is worth their time. They do not diminish them. They do not sit there and treat them as though they are a nuisance. I absolutely love this office and the individuals that work in that office and I will never go anywhere else. If she goes, we go.

We love Dr. Prosser, but the children's waiting area is absolutely disgusting. The carpet is so nasty and unsanitary. Also had cockroaches in the children's waiting area.

This was the first time in recent memory that I have spent more time with a provider than waiting to be seen. Everyone we encountered was extremely kind, professional, and communicated with my three year old son very well. I greatly appreciate the respect shown to him as a patient, rather than being over looked because of his age. Especially the lovely provider we saw who prepped us for Dr. Prosser, I unfortunately do not remember her name. Best staff we have encountered at this hospital by far.

We have been seeing Dr Prosser since my grandson was in 3rd grade. He has gone through two surgeries and has had routine follow up exams. Overall, she remembers him, she cares, and is a blessing in the quality of his care. She is exceptional.
