My child is special needs, autism, ADHD. This whole entire practice is very accommodating, very sweet, compassionate, loving, and they actually take the time to remember my children, especially him. And they'll come up to him, they'll talk to him, they'll have a blast with him. They'll sit there and take their time to re-explain things to them. They'll ask him for permission before they even do anything, and not many doctors or nurses or practitioners will ever do something like that. That is something that I hold in high regard, that they ask my child for their permission to do anything. They wait for him to be able to have the time to be able to process and to be able to verbally express what he is trying to express to them. he doesn't understand, he has the capability and the courage to be able to tell

Dr. Prosser is the best ophthalmologist for children I have known hands down. We have been seeing her for nearly 12 years. She is fabulous for all my kids. She listens to them and everybody that works with her, the staff and everyone, is fantastic, kind, sweet, compassionate, and very, very patient. I love them.

It would have been nice to know in advance that we would need to hang around for an hour, waiting on dilation. We scheduled this appointment at the sweet spot time between naps and meals to make sure we were ready for the doctor. We would have scheduled differently and packed different/more entertainment items had we been prepared for an hour of sitting around waiting to be dilated.
