I wasn't informed through My Chart that I needed to fast prior to my appointment. My provider told me that I should always expect to fast prior to a physical, despite some providers no longer using bloodwork that requires fasting. This came across slightly condescending. It would be preferable to always be notified when fasting is required, prior to an appointment.

I have been going there a long time. I am a retired workers Compensation adjuster so have a little more medical knowledge than the a erage layperson. I am comfortable with the level of care and communication.

The medical assistant, I think she was, did not introduce herself, did not wash her hands & was not at all courteous. The NP also did not introduce her self & when I asked her her name, she told me & said we've met before. I usually go there once per year & see different NP so it's a good practice to always introduce yourself. She also did not sanitize her hands. Even though you are putting on gloves before touching patients, it's a good practice to let patient feel safe that you are practicing good hand hygiene. Overall she is knowledgeable, friendly & listened to me and I felt comfortable with her care. The two ladies at the front desk that checked me in & out were wonderful. They both gave me a 10/10 experience. The NP was a 9/10 & the medical assistant got a 2/10 for just showing up to work. I hope it was just a bad day for her.

The front desk assistants were overly eager to help with patience and care. The medical staff were phenomenal and knowledgeable with genuine concern. My attending physician was a jewel and so thorough and attentive. Highly recommend.

It was okay. I received the care I needed but I was rushed through everything. The NP appeared very busy and overbooked. She gave me an outside referral and medication and didn't take the time to listen to me. She also seemed little frustrated when I asked follow up questions. But once again, this is not the first time I worked with her. I know she's a nice person but I think this facility is just overworking their staff. She appeared very busy that day.

Andrea Gibson is the best provider I've ever seen in my 61 years on this Earth. She is friendly, open to actually listen to you and your concerns, and she addresses you with the care you typically haven't seen since 1950's television shows. I think my wife and I have found a provider for life... ? The only thing I can say that is even slightly negative, is that I haven't caught the name of the young woman who normally checks us in... She remembers my name on sight, and she is extremely courteous and friendly... Always with a smile on her face, and a happy greeting when we walk into the practice. Keep up the good... no, Exceptional work ??

What a pleasant experience today. it started with the helpful appointment scheduler over the phone this morning. She was so kind and helped me to get seen much sooner than the online scheduling allowed (4 days away). The front desk staff was so kind and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The nurse was equally as kind. And I really liked the nurse practitioner, Andrea. This was my first visit with her. I will definitely see her again. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes of my appointment time.

They both gave me a 10/10 experience. The NP was a 9/10 & the medical assistant got a 2/10 for just showing up to work. I hope it was just a bad day for her.

I have been going there a long time. I am a retired workers Compensation adjuster so have a little more medical knowledge than the a erage layperson. I am comfortable with the level of care and communication.

I wasn't informed through My Chart that I needed to fast prior to my appointment. My provider told me that I should always expect to fast prior to a physical, despite some providers no longer using bloodwork that requires fasting. This came across slightly condescending. It would be preferable to always be notified when fasting is required, prior to an appointment.
