Andrea always greets her patient with a smile, listens intently to their concerns and addresses them. I'm sorry to see her leave this site but she's not too far that I can't go to see her. She's definitely one of the best b providers I've had and sure many other share my feeling.

I saw this nurse practitioner for the first time because my doctor wasn't available and I was in a lot of pain, I've always been very happy with the other practitioners I have seen in similar situations but this one acted with a bit of an attitude and didn't listen to hardly anything I said, I told her the medications I was on weren't doing any good and that apparently went in one ear and out of the other because nothing was done about it and now I have over a week until I see a specialist for my problem and I'm in some of the worst pain I've ever been in and I just have to suffer because this lady apparently had other things on her mind and didn't care to listen to anything I had to say

I have been going to this practice for a long time. Today's visit had to be one of the worst. I am still hours later waiting for the nurse to call me about an ultrasound of my leg. I was told the nurse would call me once they spoke with vascular that was at 12pm. The office is closed and no one has called and I guess I'll need to go to ER for care. This is disappointing at the least.

Sometimes there are things that I would like to speak about but was hesitant because it was a male that I was addressing. Just like a lot of men prefer male doctors women for female doctors for the most part it gives us a sense of confidence and comfort thank you for bringing A. Gibson on to the team.

I'm very upset about Wellstar new system as well as others. Who ever came up with it we need to find out to complain. It hard to make appointment, ECT.. we don't want to communicate to other provider or routed to doctors and staff we're not used of. Senior don't use MyChart like that bring back the old way I was very sick and it took almost 3 weeks to go to my doctor office and still didn't see my doctor. How can we change this system bring the staff back not this appointment line . Please let me know where to send out complaints and share with other.
