It was my first visit and the office staff and nursing staff were beyond friendly and welcoming. The provider was knowledgable and even spent the time to look something up that she wasn't sure about.

I don't feel as she listened to my concerns she wanted me to sit in my pain, at the level of 10 and a 3-5 with pain meds ,for a other week and come back to figure out what the issue is . I had to ask her for a referral to see an orthopedic doctor to get a MRI. Nobody should have to advocate for themselves. I also don't understand why she recommended a Xray when I can walk and I know I don't have a fracture . She called her self examining my knee but just pressed on the back of it and the pain and swelling is my quad and the top and lateral portion of my knee is . She seemed to not care at all . Not only am I a medical provider but I've been an athlete since I was 12 I know when something isn't right and needs to be looked into further . I waited 4 days to see if the pain and swelling would subside with proper care and it didn't. Recommending taking 800mg for another week before getting seen again knowing I have high liver enzymes is ridiculous. Again, she did not care and I will not see her again . Her MA was really nice and helpful though .

The phlebotomist was very unprofessional. She complained about his many labs my provider ordered then told me I " looked sick " . I asked " how do I look sick ?" She said " you're pale." I explained that was my natural skin tone. It's rude to make comments about people's appearance and not in her scope of practice to question how many labs a doctor orders

The phlebotomist was very unprofessional. She complained about his many labs my provider ordered then told me I " looked sick " . I asked " how do I look sick ?" She said " you're pale." I had to ask her for a referral to see an orthopedic doctor to get a MRI. Nobody should have to advocate for themselves. I also don't understand why she recommended a Xray when I can walk and I know I don't have a fracture . She called her self examining my knee but just pressed on the back of it and the pain and swelling is my quad and the top and lateral portion of my knee is . She seemed to not care at all . Not only am I a medical provider but I've been an athlete since I was 12 I know when something isn't right and needs to be looked into further . I waited 4 days to see if the pain and swelling would subside with proper care and it didn't. Recommending taking 800mg for another week before getting seen again knowing I have high liver enzymes is ridiculous. Again, she did not care and I will not see her again . Her MA was really nice and helpful though .
