I was very disappointed in my first visit to this facility. I had a scheduled 6:15, I guess, appointment or registration. I sat in the lobby a little over an hour before I saw the provider. There were other people that would walk in, that were seen before I was. I was very disappointed. So by the time I went in to see the provider, I really had a bad attitude. So in all fairness to the provider, I wasn't at my best. I was very angry and agitated. Well, I should say very agitated at my wait. So, and then the facility had closed by time, pretty much by the time I saw the provider. So first time at this facility, not a good experience, would not attend again.

She listened to my concerns/symptoms and came up with a mutually agreed treatment plan which I believe will help me with my healthcare.
