The staff were kind and knowledgeable.

Office didn't have the correct size boot. Left boot was given which, was supposed to be the right foot. Service was just okay today.

The wait was extremely long. I wish that there was someone to work between breaks or whatever that's going on, but the wait was so long. It said an hour and 10 minutes, I do believe, and then it went on to almost two hour wait. And then I waited when I went in the back room. So I hope that the wait gets cut down a little bit more. It was a very long process.

The young woman at the front desk was from another location, but she was amazing. She was so friendly and attentive. The NP was just as pleasant, my boys were there for physicals and they enjoyed themselves. Thanks Well Star, well done!

I think the, it could be cleaner in there. Like the room I was in, it could have had like a sit to a smell. The bathroom wasn't that clean as well.

Yeah, I was skipped over, so I was in there for several hours. That was no good explanation. I had to, like, light a fire under them in order to, like, leave. And I had to sort of alternate, and then I'm leaving at a few minutes, and then I was cutting the doctor's hose up, and then he walks off for another hour, and then I have to threaten him again. I got to go. It's anxious. There's no reason why people that came after me, hour after me, I mean, before me, and maybe we stick it in pain for close to eight hours.
