The nurse practioner was kind and listened carefully to what my concerns were regarding my extreme shoulder pain. The treatment plan she suggested along with the medications prescribed have been very helpful and I am feeling much better.

I know it is a brand new facility but I told the nurse I have never been seen so quickly I even suggested if they had a full time doctor on staff at all times I might move my family over there because we never get to see our doctors that we have been with for many many years and I think it is a shame when doctors forget there patients that stuck with them and they somewhat abandoned us!

Friendly and professional except for the receptionist who was cold toward me and tried talking me into going to the ER because they don't do xrays after asking why i was there. I said I would like to see the dr there anyway. Then she let 2 people ahead of me causing me to wait over an hour to be seen. The dr had me xrayed there, so I dont know why the receptionist said that or had an attitude.
