Arrived to my appointment on time but waited almost an hour for the provider to see me. I asked twice when was I going to see the provider and barely got an answer. When I went to the bathroom I see that the provider I eventually saw was sitting at a computer. I didn't appreciate waiting that long at seemingly not so busy office, and for a short interaction and assessment from the provider.

The nurse practioner was kind and listened carefully to what my concerns were regarding my extreme shoulder pain. I know it is a brand new facility but I told the nurse I have never been seen so quickly I even suggested if they had a full time doctor on staff at all times I might move my family over there because we never get to see our doctors that we have been with for many many years and I think it is a shame when doctors forget there patients that stuck with them and they somewhat abandoned us!

I said I would like to see the dr there anyway. Then she let 2 people ahead of me causing me to wait over an hour to be seen. The dr had me xrayed there, so I dont know why the receptionist said that or had an attitude.
