Very clean environment.

I was very dissatisfied with this visit. The provider was dismissive and unprofessional. She spent only a few moments in the room, did not perform a physical exam, did not assess the area of concern, and did not order any diagnostic tests herself. There was no attempt to discuss a gastrointestinal evaluation, differential diagnosis, or treatment plan. Despite my explaining ongoing gallbladder-related symptoms and prior ER visits, the provider offered no education, no assessment, and no explanation. I was immediately referred to the hospital for another ultrasound without any discussion or clinical interaction. The visit felt rushed and inattentive, and I did not feel heard or cared for as a patient. I paid my copay for what amounted to no meaningful evaluation or guidance. This experience did not meet the standard of care or professionalism I expect.

The NP that we saw was excellent and I highly recommend this location

Lady at front desk told me I was all checked in and sat. I waited and watched several other people being taken in before me when I questioned it I was told by the other receptionist she heard her say I was all set and checked in but never was checked in. I waited close to an hour after my scheduled appointment to be seen the nurse and nurse practitioner that took care of me was wonderful.

The provider took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. The facility was clean, organized, and efficient. This is exactly how healthcare should feel. I will definitely return to Wellstar Hospital and confidently recommend it to others.

All the staff that I encountered were exceptionally nice and very caring. So, yeah, they made my painful experience a good one, a very pleasant one because of just the way they were. Just very, very kind and very professional. I can't say more good things about them. They were just wonderful, including the doctors when they did come in. And there was a delay in meeting the first doctor. because there was just so many people there sick, so I understood. And he was very attentive when he did come in and all the other doctors that I met as well. Thank you.

I was not provided with an outcome or a description of what my problem was. The paperwork that I got later or after the visit did not tell me what the problem was. They did not identify the rash I had on my foot as to what it was. They said it was just a rash. But I got medication for it from the pharmacy.

The nurse was very excellent on this, seeing my son, but the nurse practitioner was really rushy, very, very rushy. Probably was out of the room. Maybe it was a lot of people there, but it was just really, really, really, really, really rushy. But the nurse did an excellent job, but the practitioner, it was very rushed. I can say maybe probably under five minutes. So it just was really, really rushy. I'm not, I like to either, even though if you have a lot of people there and it's back to back, still kind of have a little time to say, hey, blah, blah, blah. But it was really, really, really rushy. Very, very, very, very rushy. But the nurse, the regular nurse did an excellent job, but the nurse practitioner, it was kind of a rush. Like I said, it probably was under five minutes. It was really, really quick.

I understand that many people are sick but what's the point of having an urge care if you have to go in to be told to make an appointment for several hours later when you're not feeling well. And there's no one in the waiting room at all. And then when you do make the appointment to come in and still have to wait in the waiting room for 15 minutes to be seen in the back. The intake nurse was very nice and concerned but the nurse practitioner that saw me was very nonchalant and she did not check on all the problems that was listed by the intake nurse. That was very disappointing.

There for I had the go to another facility and pay the the same service again just to get the proper treatment for my urgent condition. I would be nice provided IV fluids at your facility

I was not provided with an outcome or a description of what my problem was. The paperwork that I got later or after the visit did not tell me what the problem was. And there's no one in the waiting room at all. And then when you do make the appointment to come in and still have to wait in the waiting room for 15 minutes to be seen in the back. The intake nurse was very nice and concerned but the nurse practitioner that saw me was very nonchalant and she did not check on all the problems that was listed by the intake nurse. That was very disappointing.

The nurse was very excellent on this, seeing my son, but the nurse practitioner was really rushy, very, very rushy. Probably was out of the room. Maybe it was a lot of people there, but it was just really, really, really, really, really rushy. But the nurse did an excellent job, but the practitioner, it was very rushed. I can say maybe probably under five minutes. So it just was really, really rushy. I'm not, I like to either, even though if you have a lot of people there and it's back to back, still kind of have a little time to say, hey, blah, blah, blah. But it was really, really, really rushy. Very, very, very, very rushy. But the nurse, the regular nurse did an excellent job, but the nurse practitioner, it was kind of a rush. Like I said, it probably was under five minutes. It was really, really quick.

I was not provided with an outcome or a description of what my problem was. The paperwork that I got later or after the visit did not tell me what the problem was. They did not identify the rash I had on my foot as to what it was. They said it was just a rash. But I got medication for it from the pharmacy.

All the staff that I encountered were exceptionally nice and very caring. So, yeah, they made my painful experience a good one, a very pleasant one because of just the way they were. Just very, very kind and very professional. I can't say more good things about them. They were just wonderful, including the doctors when they did come in. And there was a delay in meeting the first doctor. because there was just so many people there sick, so I understood. And he was very attentive when he did come in and all the other doctors that I met as well. Thank you.

10/10 experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, professional, and welcoming. The staff was kind, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for. The provider took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. The facility was clean, organized, and efficient. This is exactly how healthcare should feel. I will definitely return to Wellstar Hospital and confidently recommend it to others.

Lady at front desk told me I was all checked in and sat. I waited and watched several other people being taken in before me when I questioned it I was told by the other receptionist she heard her say I was all set and checked in but never was checked in. I waited close to an hour after my scheduled appointment to be seen the nurse and nurse practitioner that took care of me was wonderful.

I was very dissatisfied with this visit. The provider was dismissive and unprofessional. She spent only a few moments in the room, did not perform a physical exam, did not assess the area of concern, and did not order any diagnostic tests herself. There was no attempt to discuss a gastrointestinal evaluation, differential diagnosis, or treatment plan. Despite my explaining ongoing gallbladder-related symptoms and prior ER visits, the provider offered no education, no assessment, and no explanation. I was immediately referred to the hospital for another ultrasound without any discussion or clinical interaction. The visit felt rushed and inattentive, and I did not feel heard or cared for as a patient. I paid my copay for what amounted to no meaningful evaluation or guidance. This experience did not meet the standard of care or professionalism I expect.
