The staff should including the Dr. Should have more knowledge on how referral work for trickle prime patients. I got the run around from scheduling to the referral Dr. to a nurse and front desk staff to then be told the referral come from. our primary dr. Lots of time wasted.

Very disrespectful wouldn't give me explanations for the medications I was prescribed and I have yet to speak with the provider

Everyone from the beginning to end was great. It was my first time bringing my children to this facility. I was actually surprised that I had to provide insurance information considering it was on the screen at check-in and my children had just had a well check 10 days prior where both of their cards were presented. It just was one of those things that took a little longer than I expected however, everything still went smoothly.

I understand urgent care is for speed, but it would be nice, it would be good rather, excuse me, so they can handle more than just one issue. If the issues are closely related, they can handle more than just one issue, two issues at the most. Thank you.

I tried to arrange a virtual visit through the MyChart app with Wellstar. When it was time to connect, it would not work, despite multiple tries on both my iPhone and laptop computer. I also called the technical line listed as being a point of contact in case of difficulties, and nobody answered the telephone. I eventually cancel the Virtual appointment and drove about 35 minutes to the facility instead. The experience at the facility was fine, but if virtual visits are going to be offered, then it's worthwhile, making sure that your infrastructure works. I don't understand why no one was answering the telephone, because when I arrived at the facility, there was no one in the waiting room And only two or three people in the back.

My blood pressure was real high 203/70 they gave something right then and watched my blood pressure before my leaving i thank then for doing that.

I enjoy the fact that I can make an appointment online, and when I arrive, I'm seen in a timely manner, always in and out within 45 minutes to an hour, which is wonderful because the ER takes forever.

The service I received was excellent. My only concern is that my summary report was incorrect because the problem was with my left arm not my right arm. I'm not sure what I would need to do to have this summary corrected. Thank you again for taking great care of me in my time of need.

the doctor and nurse were very nice and professional. the total visit time didn't take terribly long and they had good communication throughout the visit!

Everyone from the beginning to end was great. It was my first time bringing my children to this facility. I was actually surprised that I had to provide insurance information considering it was on the screen at check-in and my children had just had a well check 10 days prior where both of their cards were presented. It just was one of those things that took a little longer than I expected however, everything still went smoothly.

The staff should including the Dr. Should have more knowledge on how referral work for trickle prime patients. I got the run around from scheduling to the referral Dr. to a nurse and front desk staff to then be told the referral come from. our primary dr. Lots of time wasted.
