Yeah, I was skipped over, so I was in there for several hours. That was no good explanation. I had to, like, light a fire under them in order to, like, leave. And I had to sort of alternate, and then I'm leaving at a few minutes, and then I was cutting the doctor's hose up, and then he walks off for another hour, and then I have to threaten him again. I got to go. It's anxious. There's no reason why people that came after me, hour after me, I mean, before me, and maybe we stick it in pain for close to eight hours.

The patient room was dirty. A tissue in the corner behind the chair and it just felt dirty. The front desk lady popped her gum so loud continuously which was annoying. But, we were cared for and that's what's most important.

The staff should including the Dr. Should have more knowledge on how referral work for trickle prime patients. I got the run around from scheduling to the referral Dr. to a nurse and front desk staff to then be told the referral come from. our primary dr. Lots of time wasted.
