Very effective and efficient- love the service

I was extremely impressed by the staff beginning with my phone call to verify the hours of the facility and if they had X-ray on site. My entire experience was handled very efficiently and with great kindness and compassion. My fall injured my shoulder and clavicle so my pain was obvious. I was treated promptly and given an anti-inflammatory which was perfect for the situation. I truly appreciate the caring staff and value how efficiently they managed everyone in a timely manner. I'm very grateful and impressed. Thank you !

The doctor and the nurse were amazing. I drive from Lithia Springs to come 45 minutes away because of the excellent care that I received and I will continue to come back.

I waited over 2 hours to be seen but that was because I fell asleep and missed my name. When I explained to the staff they happily put me in to be seen. I choose WellStar for my urgent care needs because of the friendliness and professional demeanor of the staff.

I scheduled an appointment at 6:40pm and arrived at 6:20pm. I didn't leave the clinic until around 8pm. It seemed a little long for making an appointment at 6:40pm, especially since the clinic wasn't extremely busy.

Was a frustrating experience. Looking at my visit summary, half the symptoms I told them were not on it, I was clearly dehydrated( no fluids were given) and the nurse who drew my blood said it was like tar(that's worrisome!) But I was told by the provider everything was perfect....what!
