I truly appreciated how she consistently checked in to ask if I had any questions throughout the session. She also took the time to clearly explain the reasoning behind each necessary laboratory procedure and approached my medical history with the utmost respect and goodwill.

I am a 40-year-old woman and I've been through a lot of doctors over my lifetime and there are only three to four that I can count that are memorable, who cared about me, who listened to me, and who treated me like a real person and not just a patient. And Dr. M, on my first meeting with her, she has won herself a position in one of those people. She listened to me as if she didn't have another patient in the building to see that day. She was very attentive. She was very empathetic, and she was just amazing. So yeah, as well as her nurse, the nurse that came in prior to her, she was very funny. She was lighthearted and she listened to me a lot. And I really love both of them.

Unfortunately my appointment was canceled on the day that i came without my consent or knowledge . The doctor had to accommodate me which was great . But i was not happy with the doctor at this last visit. She keep asking me the same questions and i had to tell her a lot of times that i don't have insurance at this time . i may not come back . I was not happy at this last visit. It's like these doctors don't want to see you unless you have insurance.

I felt safe with her medical care and the advice she gave me. I also want to compliment the young lady that took my blood pressure in the room. She was nice too.
