Dr. M was very compassionate and empathetic for my situation because I told her I was scared and very, a lot of anxiety and she was very good in calming me down and she even got a second opinion from one of her, from her supervisor. So I felt extremely, extremely very good with her.

Yeah, concerned about the messages I sent to the doctor and she is not able to access them. And so she doesn't see them. Sometimes the nurse, as she says, the nurse will forward those messages on, but she has to wait for the nurse to forward the messages. It may depend which office the doctor is in, but right now it's not a seamless process where the doctor sees the message on their own and then can respond. In some cases or many cases, from what I understand, they have to wait for the nurse to forward the message to the doctor before they can see it. That's a process that needs improved.

My appointment was scheduled for 9am with request to arrive 15 mins early which I did. I waited until 9:15am as I was still waiting in the lobby. I confirmed I was in the correct waiting room since it changed from my visit last year. I did not get called back until 9:30am. First time there's been this much of a delay. The staff apologized numerous times.

This is my first time working with the Eternal Practice with WellSTAR. I will have to admit going in I was scared and nervous based on previous experience, but by time I was done with the whole experience I actually felt comfortable, felt safe, felt like I was able to express myself in my true manner and actually be heard. They had referrals for me at the end where I felt comfortable enough to seek the help in the referral. So I'm very thankful for everything and how everything has come to be. And I think that's it. But I am very, very thankful for it all. So thank you guys.
