Dr. Manasouri was very caring and professional. I felt awful when we met for the first time. She gave me (eye contact without judgement) and asked me several questions about my condition and history. I felt safe with her medical care and the advice she gave me. I also want to compliment the young lady that took my blood pressure in the room. She was nice too.

The front office staff should be a little bit more friendly when people walk into the office. I witnessed a gentleman that was very irritated as the girl was asking him to sign but not explaining to him what he was signing prior to asking him to sign. No one wants to sign a pad without knowing what they are signing. She just needed to be a little more pleasant & caring for that position.

Honestly, she was so professional and precise, and went over. Everything thoroughly answered all my questions even listen to my neck and made a lot of great suggestions. I would definitely recommend her to anybody.

The whole experience wa great except for the phlebotomist. I think she was trying to be funny but her comments were pretty rude, she said stuff like "it's your fault" when she lost my vein. I'm not really mad about it but it was just a really bizarre experience
