Told to arrive 12:45. Doors locked. Staff at lunch. Opened door at 1:00. Had to transport disabled husband to door twice. Reception with bad attitude. Told staff was at lunch and asked if we had appointment. No apology for not being open on time to receive. Patient entrance not very handicap friendly.

Dr Estes and her staff I must mention Miss April Jackson who followed up with all appointments, information leading up to the procedure they both did a tremendous job of taking care of my son prepared him during preparation his eye procedure was a success .

No office staff showed up and at 8:00 the doctor unlocked the door and let us in, took our names, and the support staff for the doctor got everything moving along. Once done, I went to check out and there was 1 person in the front office (usually there are 2) This is why I said "no" on the questionnaire.

this is one of the best run clinics at Wellstar...always on time...compassion and detail. So many of my friends have move from Wellstar to Piedmont....because of poor clinics. I have myself. This is one I will not...Dr Estes is excellent. Learn from her.

Yes, I still need referral on the squirrel lens. Still waiting on that. The doctor that was referred on paperwork was changing to a different practice or something of that nature. Thanks.

I was disappointed that you raised the refraction fee from $50 to $146, which is unjustifiable. I will get my refractions from an optometrist at a much more reasonable price. If other fees are increased as this one I will reluctantly seek care elsewhere despite how much I trust and respect Dr Estes.
