This is a wonderful eye clinic. They always see me in a timely manner and address every concern.

Dr. Estes was absolutely wonderful. She answered every question and the staff was excellent. They took care of me and were very polite and kind and respectful. I appreciate them very much.

Dr. Estes is an amazing doctor and I'm willing to wait a long time to see her. However, she has such a backlog of patients that she has to, she's not double booking. You guys are double booking her. And I think that that isn't doing the best for her and her patients. I don't know if that means you guys need more doctors or different scheduling, but it used to be very different that when you would go, The waiting room wouldn't be clam-packed full. She's definitely worth waiting for, absolutely 100%. However, scheduling used to be better. And I think that you might be overwhelming your staff by over scheduling. That would be it.

Dr. Estes is a great doctor for my son's eye care. That's what you guys have done really well. What you guys have seemed to have failed on is with your automated system here for running through for a scale of one to ten. There's no way to just hit one number to equate to ten. You might want to fix that as soon as possible because you're going to confuse other patients. Other than that, have a nice day.

Dr Estes is AWESOME. She and the resident listened to my questions and concerns. She provided me with assistance in seeking a new drug for my dry eye condition. (Not sure if I'll qualify, but she was eager to help). I am so grateful that I was referred to the Eye Center. I feel confident in the care I am provided.
