I had an 8:00 appt and was told to be there by 7:45. I was. No office staff showed up and at 8:00 the doctor unlocked the door and let us in, took our names, and the support staff for the doctor got everything moving along. Once done, I went to check out and there was 1 person in the front office (usually there are 2) This is why I said "no" on the questionnaire.

I was disappointed that you raised the refraction fee from $50 to $146, which is unjustifiable. I will get my refractions from an optometrist at a much more reasonable price. If other fees are increased as this one I will reluctantly seek care elsewhere despite how much I trust and respect Dr Estes.

I trust Dr. ESTES with my vision. She was a referral from our local eye clinic. I felt I had won a world class doctor. We made the scary surgery of cornea transplant the easiest, least painful surgery I've ever had. She was teaching young interns and let them see the healing I had experienced. One man told me that if it weren't for the tattoo number on my cornea, he would share he was looking at my natural eyes. I wish all my family could be her patients.
