Front office on wheeler rd told me my appointment was downtown even though I specifically asked for the location. Instead of apologizing for the mixup she said you can go now. When I was concerned about making the time, although I was 15 minutes early and asked if she could call them ahead and let them know I was on my way. She said, "Please". Unsure of what she was saying, without looking at me at all, I asked again, as I would not be charged if I couldn't get there in time. At that time I said, thank you, but there was never a kind word or apology from her. It took me 20 minutes to get downtown and park, with a 10 minute wait in line to check in.

Dr. Estes has done a great job ever since we came in, since I came in about eight, nine years ago. And it's exceptionally well job with my wife when she had the problem with it. She has been more than helpful than any of the other eye doctors and I just really appreciate it. And I thank God that she is the one that has been helping us. Thank you.

AU/Wellstar clinics vary in quality; some are really poor. This eye clinic is one of the best clinics in the system. Professional, on time, competent. I have moved most of my care to Piedmont system because of the quality of care at some of the AU/Wellstar clinics.

I really like Dr Estes and prefer seeing her however I'm not a big fan of going downtown to Augusta instead of going to the Wheeler Road office. It's further from home for me and parking is always a challenge. Right now she is only in the wheeler office on Mondays! I hope this can be rectified.

Very poor experience Been going to the provider for awhile and with the condition I have you would think I would be seen quite often other then every 6 months. She doesn't listen about what you have tried or spent your money on or even done a surgery due to her profession and condition. All the staff are very loud you can hear everyone business from the waiting room. Front staff is not sure about a co-pay when you present the card showing you have a co-pay. Just not pleased

Yes, Dr. Estes and her staff are very thorough. However, the wait time is ridiculous. We came down to the hospital to see her, hoping that the timeline of waiting would be less because we've seen her over on the Willow Road location where the wait times are ridiculous. I feel like time management needs to be looked at where her practice is concerned because, again, we got there early, early, and then waited over an hour to see her. Ridiculous. So time management, my time is just as valuable as yours, and I really need that to be looked upon. Her time management is terrible.
