Over all Dr Estes and her staff were and have been excellent for many years. The check in process has become much slower due to the number of people being seen by the many doctors in the eye clinic. Another person at the front desk at certain times could help speed up the checkin process. Also this website should include a map with directions to the closest parking building. Using the automobile navigation takes you to the parking garage on the wrong side of the hospital. That error ends up being a long long walk for senior citizens.

Dr. Estes was really nice and those that were with her and the nurses were really nice and I was pleased. I have no complaints and yes, she is so full of energy. She's such a good doctor. I would definitely go back to her and I would send a friend. Thanks. Bye-bye.

Yes, the one thing that I want to comment on is that I found the office temperature to be extremely cold and when I inquired about it, they said that they couldn't raise the temperature above 72 and it was a really, really cold day and I just felt like the interior of the building was extremely cold. But other than that, the service was great and I like the staff and the doctors.

Dr. Estes is a phenomenal optometrist. The technician who prepped me prior to Dr. Estes treatment was awesome in the performance of her duties. Overall, the receptionists and medical staff were great in the performance of their duties.

I was not informed the appointment was at the west wheeler location. When I showed up downtown the front desk staff member let me know in no uncertain terms I was at the wrong location and she was not happy with me. When I arrived at the correct location everyone was helpful and polite.

Yes, the one thing that I want to comment on is that I found the office temperature to be extremely cold and when I inquired about it, they said that they couldn't raise the temperature above 72 and it was a really, really cold day and I just felt like the interior of the building was extremely cold. But other than that, the service was great and I like the staff and the doctors.

Dr. Estes is a phenomenal optometrist. The technician who prepped me prior to Dr. Estes treatment was awesome in the performance of her duties. Overall, the receptionists and medical staff were great in the performance of their duties.
