Yes, the one thing that I want to comment on is that I found the office temperature to be extremely cold and when I inquired about it, they said that they couldn't raise the temperature above 72 and it was a really, really cold day and I just felt like the interior of the building was extremely cold. But other than that, the service was great and I like the staff and the doctors.

I was not informed the appointment was at the west wheeler location. When I showed up downtown the front desk staff member let me know in no uncertain terms I was at the wrong location and she was not happy with me. When I arrived at the correct location everyone was helpful and polite.

Know I love my doctor but the nurse they had in the beginning I was not happy with her It's almost like she was certain unhappy with what she was doing then she called another nurse to help witch I have no problem with neither one And I am referring to the issue with my eyes Again it was not personal or anything it was I'm not used to can I could but help that. Then later when the doctor came in to do the same thing like the last nurse and the doctor both walked me through what they were doing and I was fine and then she came in and said " Oh so you did for them but not me" like i honestly was having problems to just not as bad I'm not trying to get no one in any trouble but all I ask is that she be a little more patient with her patients that all from my heart I pick off of vibes and when she walked into the room I picked up she was already frustrated don't take it out on other people thanks

The only thing that really needs to be addressed is the fact that, first of all, I found out that you bill people for appointments beforehand, which is an issue, and unfortunately you don't train the receptionists on the charges and everything else. That is an issue that needs to be addressed.

Yes, the one thing that I want to comment on is that I found the office temperature to be extremely cold and when I inquired about it, they said that they couldn't raise the temperature above 72 and it was a really, really cold day and I just felt like the interior of the building was extremely cold. But other than that, the service was great and I like the staff and the doctors.
