This provider inform me of new policy of charging $185.00 just to write a prescription if I needed new glasses. I think this policy is totally unnecessary. In fact I think it is ridiculous.

Dr. Estes is one of the best doctors I've ever had. If we had more doctors like them on my other things I had taken care of there over there at Wellstar, things would be a lot better. He's one of the best doctors I've ever had. Thank you.

I think my visit with this clinic on that day, which I anticipated for a long, long time because I had been diagnosed with elevated eye pressure by an optometrist, was very disappointing. I was not, I saw Dr. Estes, which recognized that I had increased eye pressure. This was not her field, and she had said that I would have a follow-up appointment in six months. However, in six months, I was going to be out of town and the front desk staff was very abusive towards me. When I requested that if I could have an appointment in November, which would be in five months, they said not for you. It would be either December

Hi, I thought Dr. Estes was a wonderful doctor, but the facility downtown at Wellstar is not labeled well at all. We drove down there the day before the appointment just to find the building and we had the hardest time finding the building. Thank goodness we did that. So then the day of surgery, it's hard to find parking. So if somebody came there and took long to park and then they don't even know which building to go in, then they would be late. So those buildings need to be labeled better and I think a map should be given or better some directions or something because it's very confusing down there. But I do love Dr. Estes. She's wonderful. Thank you.

Dr Amy Estes is a wonderful physician and humanist. She will make an excellent new chairman of the Department of Ophthalmology. I was not impressed with the front desk personnel as they do not represent Wellestar effectively. However, the technician I saw prior to seeing Dr Estes did a fine job and was very personable.

From the time I walked in the door, the clerks at the desk, they checked me in, and I only sat in for just a couple of seconds before they called me to the rear. They checked me out thoroughly. I've been going to her for quite some years now. And really, since I've been going through, she has helped me tremendously over the years. And I appreciate her professionalism and the time spent with me. Thank you.

I love the experience of being able to go to this outer clinic for my services after going to the main facilities for decades. Everyone were extremely cordial and knowledgeable. I am hoping in a year Dr Estes will continue to be my Opthalmologist
