Know I love my doctor but the nurse they had in the beginning I was not happy with her It's almost like she was certain unhappy with what she was doing then she called another nurse to help witch I have no problem with neither one And I am referring to the issue with my eyes Again it was not personal or anything it was I'm not used to can I could but help that. Then later when the doctor came in to do the same thing like the last nurse and the doctor both walked me through what they were doing and I was fine and then she came in and said " Oh so you did for them but not me" like i honestly was having problems to just not as bad I'm not trying to get no one in any trouble but all I ask is that she be a little more patient with her patients that all from my heart I pick off of vibes and when she walked into the room I picked up she was already frustrated don't take it out on other people thanks

The only thing that really needs to be addressed is the fact that, first of all, I found out that you bill people for appointments beforehand, which is an issue, and unfortunately you don't train the receptionists on the charges and everything else. That is an issue that needs to be addressed.

Dr. Estes is one of my favorite providers. Always professional, courteous, and with a constant smile to boot. I have told my spouse to go see her also and she has helped me with that as well. Great provider and her staff/techs were just as helpful. Can't say enough about this clinic.

I copied my appt info with details from the My Chart upcoming visit page. The address that transferred over was 1120 15th St. When typing that address into GPS, it directed to some bldg that didn't look right. Lots of little parking areas and narrow one way(?) roads. I was trying to find a different address while my driver was getting frustrated with the situation. While checking in, I mentioned it to the clerical staff. Her response was she goes to both places. I asked if I was in the right place, she looked at me with disgust and said, that's in the back of the bidg. No clue what that meant. PLEASE have IT change the address in Epic to reflect the proper address. Other depts also add the floor where the clinic is located. That would be helpful as well. Don't know if staff received bad news, not only was clerical staff rude,but the tech was walking around all frumpy, not speaking much and total body language of not caring and impression given was I don't want to be here I'm only here to collect a paycheck. Sorry, about the complaints. I felt a total disconnect with the tech. The Dr was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff and this particular technical staff person could use room for improvement.

Dr Estes is great. First it is clear she cares, a lot. She takes the time to explain things and spends time with you even though you know she is busy with number of people in the waiting room. Today I sent her a message thanking her and she even took the time follow up. This is rare, I know given the number of Dr. I see. No doubt she could turn to private practice with a fan base. AU / MCG is lucky to have her.

The technician seated two patients before me in the exam room. I signed in before these patients and were seated in the waiting room before they arrived. As a matter of fact we all were in the waiting room when they were call. My appointment was at 8:15, I arrived @8am and they signed in after me. This is very unfair.
