We had a really difficult time locating the office. 1220 wheeler rd has a lot of offices. The google map is not correct either. Having the providers names on a sign would be helpful. Dr. Amy Estes and the clinical staff were professional and very nice. However, the front office was not friendly at all. The call I had in advance was also very unprofessional. Because I was so happy with Dr. Estes, I will continue to go to her and would recommend her.

I was well sadisfide with the lady that checked my eyes for new glasses. and the doctor that checked my eyes. looking forward to seeing both of them next year.

Overall satisfied, but after walking outside, realizing I couldn't see to good, long drive from Augusta to Aiken without sunglasses in the car. it was brutal. It would've been nice if they had gave me some disposable sunglasses after dilating my eyes.

I have been going to this provider for about five years now. Usually I never have to wait very long. However, this time I waited, heard staff laughing, cutting up in the hallway when I feel like that they should have been doing more of their jobs and getting people in the rooms. I don't know, but this time it seemed to be that experience. Also was not told at the end of the visit that I needed to check out and make another appointment and I ended up walking out by mistake because no one directed me to the front.

Dr. Estes is an amazing doctor and I'm willing to wait a long time to see her. However, she has such a backlog of patients that she has to, she's not double booking. You guys are double booking her. And I think that that isn't doing the best for her and her patients. I don't know if that means you guys need more doctors or different scheduling, but it used to be very different that when you would go, The waiting room wouldn't be clam-packed full. She's definitely worth waiting for, absolutely 100%. However, scheduling used to be better. And I think that you might be overwhelming your staff by over scheduling. That would be it.
