The process of WellStar receiving my referral and NOT losing it and the appointment process was a nightmare and continues to be so as I am now trying to schedule a sleep study. Still a nightmare. As they called me today about scheduling but then said oh wait we don't have enough information in the referral. I saw Dr Blanchard yesterday. I am not pleased at all with this process and am considering changing hospitals and providers because if referral and scheduling problems. 6 different fax numbers I was given by your staff for the referral. None worked.

She gives very devoted time without making you feel rushed and was very intentional about my care and moving forward, was able to provide great recommendations and I just really prefer to continue to see her at my appointments because she's been that great.
