Dr. Blanchard was very patient with me and cared about some other things that I've been experiencing that have effected my irregular sleeping habits. Upon my request, she was willing to make me out a schedule to live by to help me to acquire a healthier sleeping routine. She's the best. Monica was very attentive as well. The receptionist on the left have checked me in with prompt attention and courtesy.

The process of WellStar receiving my referral and NOT losing it and the appointment process was a nightmare and continues to be so as I am now trying to schedule a sleep study. Still a nightmare. As they called me today about scheduling but then said oh wait we don't have enough information in the referral. I saw Dr Blanchard yesterday. I am not pleased at all with this process and am considering changing hospitals and providers because if referral and scheduling problems. 6 different fax numbers I was given by your staff for the referral. None worked.
