She carefully explained the procedure and calmed her during the process. She made a daunting task to a child more palatable and easier to endure. She was easy to talk to and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. She's amazing! Abbe, RN always responds to our general questions in a timely, friendly manner in MyChart and promptly takes care of any routine needs. Thank you for taking care of my child and putting her at ease!

I love Wellstar! The only issue is getting an appointment with Primary Care when I get sick. I end up going to Urgent Care, have extensive waiting time, seeing a stranger, and paying three times as much for the visit in copay. It appears the primary care physicians are terribly understaffed.

The money was refunded to me, but more care should have been taken to verify the reason for my appointment and ensure I was not charged immediately. I felt like I was just there to pay and not be treated like a patient.
