Dr. Hall was incredibly friendly and patient with my 9-year-old daughter. She took the time to truly listen to our concerns and explained everything in a way that my daughter could easily understand. My daughter was quite nervous about getting her blood work done, but Nurse Emily was wonderful at calming her down, and Nurse Lorna was just as helpful. I am so pleased with the care we received and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great medical team. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

During my visit I was not heard at all. My son has been breaking out into hives/welts for 2- 2 in a half weeks. This is his second environmental testing that has been done and the allergy testing has been negative. I asked for bloodwork to be done so we can figure out the actual problem. Dr. Hall decides to say "let's do a 30 day trial to see what happens" my baby is not a toy...something is going on with him and o need answers. I refuse to wait 30 days ! Nothing seemed urgent or caring with her as I requested these things. I will also be filing a complaint.

I was very disappointed in the scheduling of my child's appointment because we were schedule at the wrong office and could not actually complete the tests our pediatrician referred us for since they don't do them at this office. This appointment was a complete waste of our time. The office staff, nurses, & doctor were wonderful. Scheduling needs to be fixed though.

Amanda Hall really made me felt like I had something contagious. She was very standoffish. I don't feel the test was done properly. The young lady that perform the test was very nice and professional. But Amanda Hall really made me feel uneasy. I felt more comfortable with the lady that perform the test and the lady that got my height and weight then with Amanda. I don't recommend nor would I be returning. I will be letting the VA of this experience as well. I am wondering if Amanda Hall is like that with all of her patients.

Dr. Hall was incredibly friendly and patient with my 9-year-old daughter. She took the time to truly listen to our concerns and explained everything in a way that my daughter could easily understand. My daughter was quite nervous about getting her blood work done, but Nurse Emily was wonderful at calming her down, and Nurse Lorna was just as helpful. I am so pleased with the care we received and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great medical team. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
