Dr. Hall is an amazing provider. I had a few questions about my children's immunotherapy, and she answered them all. She made us feel listened to, and she addressed concerns without being dismissive.

I would highly recommend Dr. Hall and this practice for allergy and asthma. We are always greeted as soon as we walk in, and that sets the tone for amazing appointments. The medical staff takes interest in the kids beyond just why they're there.

Amanda Hall really made me felt like I had something contagious. She was very standoffish. I don't feel the test was done properly. The young lady that perform the test was very nice and professional. But Amanda Hall really made me feel uneasy. I felt more comfortable with the lady that perform the test and the lady that got my height and weight then with Amanda. I don't recommend nor would I be returning. I will be letting the VA of this experience as well. I am wondering if Amanda Hall is like that with all of her patients.

My son had a cold and he was treated like they didn't want to get near him. I did not like that at all. The doctor stayed near the door the entire appointment and did not even touch my son nor exam him.

I was given the wrong allergy panel test. Will have to come back and do another test.

I would have appreciated it if whoever took the time to look that I was on allergy medicine also looked at the other medicine that I was taking because I weaned myself off of my allergy med for a week to come get a poke test, show up, and I can't get a poke test because I am on a Beta blocker. Not once in the time between I got my referral and had the appointment did anyone from your office reach out to me and tell me that I need to come off of it or to tell me that I can't do the POC test before my appointment. It was really disappointing that I could not get the POC test done that day. And so now I have to do the process all over again.

I scheduled the appointment without being notified by nursing staff that my son needed to be off his medications a week before the Appointment. When I arrived at the appointment, I wasn't informed about his needing to be off the medication until the doctor came in. I was told that a staff member from the office should have informed me that he needed to be off of his medication but was not informed. Therefore I wasted time and money taking him to an appointment where all they did was check my son's vitals. No allergy testing could be done
