It was a good experience, the only thing I would suggest is ,not have a person sitting in the room for a long period of time without someone checking in on them if the doctor is running late!

The way video visits are handled by this practice is slow and clunky. I joined the video visit right at my appointment time. 20 minutes later, I received a phone call from the nurse to confirm my identity, my medications list, and told me to wait in the video visit for the doctor. The doctor joined about 10 minutes later and the visit could proceed. To check in and join the visit, I already had to confirm my medication and identity. There is little reason to call me to reconfirm. By the time we left the video, 45 minutes had elapsed on an appointment scheduled for 15 minutes. Very inefficient for a method meant to be more efficient. Video visits I've had with other wellstar providers did not require the double checks and the provider was respectfully on time.

However, the doctor had her own agenda, and I didn't feel heard or helped in the way I needed. It didn't feel like a good fit for me, which was disappointing.
