The practice was very clean. They got me in a timely manner. Front desk was very friendly for check-in. The doctor was very attentive and listened to all my needs and didn't try and got me the help that I needed. And for check-out, very friendly and very experienced.

Dr. Catlett is rare. She actually and literally takes the time to sit down with you, to discuss how you're doing. She remembers prior visits and discusses what's working. She does this showing concern by listening and interacting with you. She is genuinely concerned about your well-being. She takes good notes and offers great advice on what to do next. Her demeanor is very pleasant and approachable, you don't feel like you're being rushed or hurried and she looks you straight in the eye which is good. It's not like you or a task that she has to complete, she genuinely takes the time with you. It's like instead of you going to the doctor's office it's like a house call that's how relaxed she is. I mentioned to her me needing to see another specialist and she knew of the practice and the doctor I would be seeing and gave a recommendation. My visit was pleasant, I didn't feel rushed, and everything was taken care of. I highly recommend Dr Catlett

This was my first visit and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I wish I had discovered them sooner. There was no long waiting to see Dr. Cattlett or Denise who took my blood samples. The facility was immaculate was easy parking available.
