The Urgent Care was very busy upon my arrival. Because I hadn't signed up online to reduce the wait time, there was a delay before being seen; however, I plan to use that feature in the future. The front desk staff was very pleasant, providing helpful assistance when I encountered issues with the sign-in computer. Once I moved to the exam area, the clinical staff checked my vitals and evaluated my recent history appropriately, while noting that there would be a short wait. The physician arrived having already reviewed my chart, asking specific questions to differentiate my diagnosis. Her thoroughness was impressive, and I would certainly return to her for care. Despite the high patient volume, she took the time to help identify primary and specialty care physicians that align with my new insurance."

The kiosk machine, we were there at 7:01 a.m. as soon as the office opened, but the kiosk machine said we checked in at 7:10. That is inaccurate, and also we were not seen until 7:30. So technically, it was a 30-minute wait. Thank you.

The provider was absolutely wonderful and would highly recommend seeing her. The follow-up call is a very nice touch from WellSTAR, but if you miss the follow-up call and you call the number back, it says if you have any additional concerns or if it hasn't been addressed, schedule a different appointment. And in my situation, I would just love to have an extended prescription. And so I feel like if you're going to call and check up on someone, you should be able to, if they call you that number back, they should be able to talk to someone. It feels like that's a little bit of a mess. But besides that, the provider was absolutely wonderful and she would be my favorite to see at this location. Thank you.

The facility did not have my correct birthdate and reported the incorrect weight for me. For example, I weigh 161 pounds, but on my discharge paperwork, it says I weigh 354 pounds. I had to constantly stay on top of incorrect information which could do harm.
