Great experience. Receptionists were helpful and welcoming. Med tech was the same but add did a great job getting baseline vs and information. Dr. Havlik listened to my concerns. She did a real assessment , ordered x-rays explained everything and just took great care of me.

I had an appointment but still waited about 45 minutes to be called back. I was not informed about any delays or how long it would take to be seen. Once I was called back, everyone on the clinical side was very helpful and knowledgeable. The physician was great!

I came in for a surgical glue allergic reaction, and I was batter about why I didn't go back to my surgeons office before coming to them. Which I explained but there was still some hostility/overtaking me. I came and paid my $50 copay and was treated like I didn't belong.

I feel like they could have did better about telling me how to take care of it 24 hours after getting along what to clean it with, how to clean it, what to put on it, versus, you know, me not feeling well and not reading it for three or four days over.

Dr. Havlik and I think the MA was Stephanie and there was another person who was a male who did the labs. All three of them were very attentive, very good communicators. I did not feel like I waited very long. It seemed that they really like understood my concerns to be valid, took me very seriously when I personally like didn't necessarily know what was going on with me. So it was really awesome and comforting and reassuring to know that not only did they provide like speedy and like comprehensive care, but they also like didn't make me feel bad for coming. So yeah, I'll definitely be back to the urgent care if needed in the future. It was a really good experience even though the co-pay was $200.
