Great teamwork, very efficient, very knowledgeable, they were very concerned about my situation and the best way to correct it.

The provider was absolutely wonderful and would highly recommend seeing her. The follow-up call is a very nice touch from WellSTAR, but if you miss the follow-up call and you call the number back, it says if you have any additional concerns or if it hasn't been addressed, schedule a different appointment. And in my situation, I would just love to have an extended prescription. And so I feel like if you're going to call and check up on someone, you should be able to, if they call you that number back, they should be able to talk to someone. It feels like that's a little bit of a mess. But besides that, the provider was absolutely wonderful and she would be my favorite to see at this location. Thank you.

The facility did not have my correct birthdate and reported the incorrect weight for me. For example, I weigh 161 pounds, but on my discharge paperwork, it says I weigh 354 pounds. I had to constantly stay on top of incorrect information which could do harm.

We had an 11am appt and showed up at 10:45am like requested. Upon check in it said 2 people in front of us. 6 people and 90+ mins later we were taken back to be seen. We were there over 3 hrs to get tested for strep. There was no visibility into our wait time - no monitors, I signed up for texts and 0 texts arrived. Unacceptable communication and wait times.
