Overall very good experience at vinings health park. I've used this facility several times, and ill continue to use. Dr Havlik and xray staff were extremely courteous, explaining everything very well, friendly and professional.

My estimated 45-minute wait ended up being 90 minutes. My visit, including seeing the nurses and then the doctor, totaled 3 1/2 hours. I do feel like I received good care.

There's literally nothing the doctor did to help with my situation. There's no imaging in the hospital and it was a waste of my money. If the goal of the hospital is to take people's money without actually doing anything of value to the patient, please give this doctor a raise.

The provider my daughters saw was exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive, going above and beyond in their care. The front desk staff was also very kind and helpful. I would rate our experience a 10/10 and highly recommend them.

The doctor was wonderful, very thorough, and was really careful to make sure that the correct testing was ordered and the kit was provided. What is really frustrating is that after we got the results, which were timely, my daughter was recommended by the MD who read the results to continue with the wrong antibiotic. And I called twice. On the evening, the results came in about an hour and a half later and then the morning after. And nobody called back and nobody changed the antibiotic. She has a very specific bacterium that is indicated in the testing. When you look online, cursory glance at the CDC or like Cleveland Clinic, Minnesota Department of Health, and among so many others, I'm a researcher myself, you can see that instead of Cipro,

The wait was entirely too long for a person feeling as bad as I did. I will say that Dr. Havlik was amazing and I will continue to come here especially if I can have her help me! Does she take patients as I would love to make her my PCP.

I strongly believe the entire staff is overworked. I waited over two hours before seeing a nurse. Too long! Need more doctors and nurses! The medical staff was extremely professional and efficient.

So the doctor referred me to a specialist. I wasn't sure I would go until I realized that she did it because 2 ear infections in the same ear in 5 months could indicate a bigger problem. Please, when providing a referral, also specify why you are asking the patient to see a specialist. People like me like to think for themselves and it helps me to understand the why of it. In this case I might not have gone to the specialist if I hadn't realized that not doing so likely puts my health and hearing at risk.

Very thankful to have this opportunity to tell you about three of your finest employees. First, Jamessa at the front desk was so friendly and efficient. Second, I was fortunate enough to have Candace as the doctor's assistant. Easy to tell she takes a personal interest in those she serves; I could hear the empathy in her voice and words. Finally, Dr. Havilik's demeanor was all one could hope to find in a doctor when having a problem. She made me feel as if I was the only patient she was seeing that day. She knew the right questions to ask, and just as promptly knew what to do for me. Dr. Havilik possesses the somewhat rare talent of presenting in a professional and confident demeanor while still coming across as personable and caring. I appreciate Wellstar for hiring these exceptional three care-givers to represent you!

Dr Havlik was one of the best Doctors (I mean in like the last 50 years of my adult life) I have had identify and solve my medical issue. She listened to my long winded explanation carefully. Examined me properly, sent me for an exray. When the results were in she explained her diagnosis in language I understood and perscibed medicine, that after 60 hours is having the desired effect. It was a perfect visit for which I am extremely grateful! I have a 7 day 2,000 mile road trip starting tomorrow. I don't think I could have made the trip without Dr. Havlik's help.

I am use to being covered for the xray 51 yrs, but she did not offer so I asked. She gave me a cover for my bellow waist . After I asked why they no longer offer the covers and she stated that something about radiation impaction/ stuck in between the patient and the cover after she gave me the cover and took my x-rays. If she would have explained this when I asked her for the cover I would not have taken the cover. I just asked first it because I am so use to being covered. The last xray I got at wellstar earlier this year,I was given a cover.

Overall, my experience in this office was good. I had difficulty with my talking due to loss of my voice based on my condition. Therefore having to call a number to setup an x-ray was rather frustrating for me. I think that step should have been taken care of by a nurse or technician. I was also told someone would be with me in the room but that did not happen. I sat waiting alone for quite a while. A nurse came in at one point to inform me that the doctor was still awaiting results from X-ray. No other communication until doctor came in with results and release information. Even with this hiccup, I thought the staff was caring.

Overall, my experience in this office was good. I had difficulty with my talking due to loss of my voice based on my condition. Therefore having to call a number to setup an x-ray was rather frustrating for me. I think that step should have been taken care of by a nurse or technician. I was also told someone would be with me in the room but that did not happen. I sat waiting alone for quite a while. A nurse came in at one point to inform me that the doctor was still awaiting results from X-ray. No other communication until doctor came in with results and release information. Even with this hiccup, I thought the staff was caring.

Waited 2 hours then was told would be 3 hr wait so I went up and she said it didn't apply to me since I had been there for awhile already. It's an awesome place but should have more than 1 provider way too many people that came in.

I am use to being covered for the xray 51 yrs, but she did not offer so I asked. She gave me a cover for my bellow waist . After I asked why they no longer offer the covers and she stated that something about radiation impaction/ stuck in between the patient and the cover after she gave me the cover and took my x-rays. If she would have explained this when I asked her for the cover I would not have taken the cover. I just asked first it because I am so use to being covered. The last xray I got at wellstar earlier this year,I was given a cover.

Dr Havlik was one of the best Doctors (I mean in like the last 50 years of my adult life) I have had identify and solve my medical issue. She listened to my long winded explanation carefully. Examined me properly, sent me for an exray. When the results were in she explained her diagnosis in language I understood and perscibed medicine, that after 60 hours is having the desired effect. It was a perfect visit for which I am extremely grateful! I have a 7 day 2,000 mile road trip starting tomorrow. I don't think I could have made the trip without Dr. Havlik's help.

Very thankful to have this opportunity to tell you about three of your finest employees. First, Jamessa at the front desk was so friendly and efficient. Second, I was fortunate enough to have Candace as the doctor's assistant. Easy to tell she takes a personal interest in those she serves; I could hear the empathy in her voice and words. Finally, Dr. Havilik's demeanor was all one could hope to find in a doctor when having a problem. She made me feel as if I was the only patient she was seeing that day. She knew the right questions to ask, and just as promptly knew what to do for me. Dr. Havilik possesses the somewhat rare talent of presenting in a professional and confident demeanor while still coming across as personable and caring. So the doctor referred me to a specialist. I wasn't sure I would go until I realized that she did it because 2 ear infections in the same ear in 5 months could indicate a bigger problem. Please, when providing a referral, also specify why you are asking the patient to see a specialist. People like me like to think for themselves and it helps me to understand the why of it. In this case I might not have gone to the specialist if I hadn't realized that not doing so likely puts my health and hearing at risk.

I strongly believe the entire staff is overworked. I waited over two hours before seeing a nurse. Too long! Need more doctors and nurses! The medical staff was extremely professional and efficient.

The wait was entirely too long for a person feeling as bad as I did. I will say that Dr. Havlik was amazing and I will continue to come here especially if I can have her help me! Does she take patients as I would love to make her my PCP.

The doctor was wonderful, very thorough, and was really careful to make sure that the correct testing was ordered and the kit was provided. What is really frustrating is that after we got the results, which were timely, my daughter was recommended by the MD who read the results to continue with the wrong antibiotic. And I called twice. On the evening, the results came in about an hour and a half later and then the morning after. And nobody called back and nobody changed the antibiotic. She has a very specific bacterium that is indicated in the testing. When you look online, cursory glance at the CDC or like Cleveland Clinic, Minnesota Department of Health, and among so many others, I'm a researcher myself, you can see that instead of Cipro,

There's literally nothing the doctor did to help with my situation. There's no imaging in the hospital and it was a waste of my money. If the goal of the hospital is to take people's money without actually doing anything of value to the patient, please give this doctor a raise.

My estimated 45-minute wait ended up being 90 minutes. My visit, including seeing the nurses and then the doctor, totaled 3 1/2 hours. I do feel like I received good care.

Overall very good experience at vinings health park. I've used this facility several times, and ill continue to use. Dr Havlik and xray staff were extremely courteous, explaining everything very well, friendly and professional.
