Dr. Havlik was incredible despite it being really busy and the staff keeping everyone informed. My nurse Sandra was fantastic as well. Everyone seemed to really care and once I was called back everything went super quick. My prescriptions were already called into the pharmacy before I even left the exam room. Couldn't recommend the Vinings urgent care and it's staff any more highly. Great job!

The doctor knows me and is always ready to attend to my need. She knows I have severe arthritis in my right hip and the only medicine I can take is steroid. I truly appreciate the doctors at urgent care.

Great experience. Receptionists were helpful and welcoming. Med tech was the same but add did a great job getting baseline vs and information. Dr. Havlik listened to my concerns. She did a real assessment , ordered x-rays explained everything and just took great care of me.

I had an appointment but still waited about 45 minutes to be called back. I was not informed about any delays or how long it would take to be seen. Once I was called back, everyone on the clinical side was very helpful and knowledgeable. The physician was great!

I came in for a surgical glue allergic reaction, and I was batter about why I didn't go back to my surgeons office before coming to them. Which I explained but there was still some hostility/overtaking me. I came and paid my $50 copay and was treated like I didn't belong.
