The nurse was attentive and kind especially as the visit extended. The X-ray tech was upbeat and professional and friendly. The doctor was tiptop and I felt like her assessment and treatment was spot on. I feel lucky to have WellStar for urgent care and specialist treatment to augment my GP who is not in the WellStar system

However, the information that we have for aftercare was completely wrong and inappropriate. And once I did a follow-up with my PCP, we were told that everything we were told to do was incorrect and that we had to change the way things were. And there may have been quicker healing time had we started out doing things proper and there would have been less to my daughter that we started out doing things proper. But the people, again, they were nice and respectful.

My experience was definitely on point. I knew my diagnosis, but my regular physician didn't listen. I came in a sick woman and came out feeling much better. The ER doctor was definitely God sent. The initial triage nurse came in and she was very, she did not show empathy and she was not, she did not show empathy and she didn't show concern. However, everyone else was great. The issue that we have, we made our appointment online. And once we got there, we waited, I want to say, maybe almost two hours. And then once we got back there, I see where we saw where they changed our appointment in the system to arrive two hours later than our scheduled appointment. So we ended up being there a total of probably, we got there around 1130. We didn't leave until four. That was unexpected. Acceptable and I feel like if we had an appointment, we should not have had to wait that long. It was it.

Yes although I hadn't been to Urgent Care in quite awhile since my pcp was unable to see me i came here. Was I glad I did ! Everyone was very nice at the front desk. Was called back to exam room and seen by Nursing staff. All were very nice and caring. Was seen by Dr. Alexandra Havlik and she was great and very thorough. Ordered xrays and some tests and treatments. Today I feel so much better from my asthma. Have just finished a note to Dr. Havlik and staff thanking them for the great care.

Was called back to exam room and seen by Nursing staff. All were very nice and caring. Was seen by Dr. Alexandra Havlik and she was great and very thorough. Ordered xrays and some tests and treatments. Today I feel so much better from my asthma. Have just finished a note to Dr. Havlik and staff thanking them for the great care.

The sign-in computer is a little difficult for most people. And people spend a long time trying to sign in. And then the receptionist usually have to come and assist. It is not very user-friendly. Thank you.

However, the information that we have for aftercare was completely wrong and inappropriate. And once I did a follow-up with my PCP, we were told that everything we were told to do was incorrect and that we had to change the way things were. And there may have been quicker healing time had we started out doing things proper and there would have been less to my daughter that we started out doing things proper. But the people, again, they were nice and respectful.

The nurse was attentive and kind especially as the visit extended. The X-ray tech was upbeat and professional and friendly. The doctor was tiptop and I felt like her assessment and treatment was spot on. I feel lucky to have WellStar for urgent care and specialist treatment to augment my GP who is not in the WellStar system

Took 2 and a half hours. There wasn't many people. Maybe two ahead of us. I'm not sure why the wait was so long. All I needed was to have my child tested for strep. Shouldn't have taken that long.

The staff at this location should be the teaching location for new hires. From the entrance to my exit, I met nothing but excellence. I told my wife, I found it. We're not going anywhere else under these types of medical needs. Thank you.

This facility needs more staffing, they're understaffed. There was only one RN and one doctor. The wait was 2.5 hrs.
