I would not have needed to come to urgent care had they've been a little more responsive in answering my chart messages, and since I had to visit the urgent care this was by far the quickest visit. The doctor was very concerned. She listened and at the end I was sent home with the medications. I knew I needed

Nurse Angela was very nice & explained everything she was doing while assisting me. Dr. Havlik was extremely professional & listened to my concerns. She explained things in a manner that I understood. She didn't use a bunch of medical terminology, that had me looking like a deer in headlights. I appreciated this very much. Great job ladies.

In addition to the long wait to be attended, in the office the wait for the doctor was long, and after the X-ray we also waited a lot for the arrival of the doctor with the results.

My attending nurse was AMAZING. She was supportive when I was emotional and provided professional care with understanding and encouragement throughout the visit. My attending Dr was thorough and took the time to explain everything that was happening and the steps that would be taken prior to administration. Both helped me feel seen & heard during my treatment. I wellstar and this was a new location for me so it was nice to get high quality care which I hold Wellstar to give.

Dr.Havlik provided an excellent diagnosis and prescribed medication that has done a good job in addressing the issue thus far. Also the physician's assistant was very efficient and taking the basic information and administering the arm shot at the end of the exam. Very good work and a good team.

I visited the Camp Creek Urgent Care location and had 2 bad experiences regarding this same issue. I vowed I would never return there for care and I won't. Every experience at the Vinings location has been most pleasureable and this last one reminded and confirmed to me why I will never trust another urgent care as I do this location. Hats off to the entire staff especially my doctor and the CNA. Both need to be mentioned in this survey. Will definitely be back and refer as well.

I would just like to say that this was what most care I've received at any urgent care I've ever been to. They definitely listened to everything that I was telling them, what was going on in my symptoms, and they actually really cared and tried methods that no one had before like a nebulizer and you know Toradol mixed with like a steroid to help with my headaches and things like that and it really helped. I got better immediately and it just really showed that they really cared and not just trying to get you in and out and then the call a couple days later to check in on me was very thoughtful and I'm sure very important to people especially if they still are feeling symptoms and sick and maybe need a different course of action. So thank you so much for everyone that works there. It was a really great experience.
