Check-in was clumsy due to a previous power outage or update. Front desk had some challenges to deal with beyond their control. A. Lot of discussion among front desk staff before handling patients. They did the best they could with constant computer and my chart malfunctions.

Overall, I am highly satisfied with the office, but it was 30 minutes before we saw the actual doctor. In fact the lady in the front told us at 7 o'clock when the place opens nobody else was there but her I would think if you open at seven, then the doctor and other medical support staff should be there upon opening

Doctors, nurses and the other staff at the doctor's doctor provider station, they were fine. They were okay. But the security guard was absolutely rude. He made the whole experience worse at the end of the appointment and he threatened to call police and for literally for no reason and I would not I was really, really disappointed as someone whose heart was checked as someone who was not feeling well was so sick and was not able to stand firmly and was having dizziness.

I was not able to speak well due to being short of breath. It was so frustrating to have been asked over and over by the same staff my name and birthday. This needs to be streamlined or give wristbands. Other than that, the staff was nice and the doctor was thorough.

The Urgent Care was very busy upon my arrival. Because I hadn't signed up online to reduce the wait time, there was a delay before being seen; however, I plan to use that feature in the future. The front desk staff was very pleasant, providing helpful assistance when I encountered issues with the sign-in computer. Once I moved to the exam area, the clinical staff checked my vitals and evaluated my recent history appropriately, while noting that there would be a short wait. The physician arrived having already reviewed my chart, asking specific questions to differentiate my diagnosis. Her thoroughness was impressive, and I would certainly return to her for care. Despite the high patient volume, she took the time to help identify primary and specialty care physicians that align with my new insurance."
