She always has the answers to my questions and reminds me of things we discussed in prior years. I have been her patient for many years and will continue coming back. The billing department sent me an estimate of the cost for the office visit. . . and wanted me to pay before the service was provided. They said the amount due was because my insurance wouldn't pay for any of the cost. My insurance paid for everything. Had I paid in advance I would now be fighting to et a refund. Maybe in 10 business days???? This is overt misrepresentation.

Can't say enough nice things about them, especially Nikole. Everyone made this experience as pleasant as a doctor's visit could be.
