The doctor was very informative, patient, explained things in detail. The nurses were absolutely wonderful, helped my little one stay calm in what she was to expect. Front desk was very efficient, got it out on schedule in a timely manner.

This was our third orthopedic doctor we have seen for my daughter's injury. It's very difficult to figure out exactly what to do to help her recover back to where she was previously. We feel very comfortable and confident in Dr Pendleton to move forward with surgery and his team providing the best possible care and outcomes.

Good afternoon, in my opinion, the attention I received was excellent from the moment I arrived with my son, throughout the country, and the reception was very kind. The gentleman and the doctor also treated us very kindly, he answered my questions, everything was excellent and I would recommend him. In general, all the attention was very good, thank you very much.

Everything was great except the wait time. We waited 45 minutes after the ex rays were done for the doctor to come in and tell us the results. Then he was only in there for about 5 minutes.

Seems like poor scheduling as most visits result in not seeing the doc anytime near the appointment time today it was an hour wait. Not fair to those of us planning our day around a scheduled appointment. Do understand emergencies arise but an hour seems like a long wait

The way you have to sign things electronically was weird. It's just a signature pad and you have no idea what you are actually signing your name on. Also, when I made the appointment I called in. Nothing was mentioned about online scheduling option (which I found later and was easy to use). Instead I was on hold for like 15m to speak to someone. And that was the 2nd time I called. The first time I used the "call me back on this number when we can help you feature" and was never called back (I waited 2 days).

Dr. Pendleton and his staff were fantastic. We drove all the way from Columbus, Georgia to allow him to see my son, and it was well worth the drive. We felt he was knowledgeable, provided great information, and when I left the doctor's office, I felt like we had a great plan in place, that my son was healing well, and they gave us a lot of support that we needed. So he was fantastic, and so was his entire staff.
