They very courteous & attentive to me today. I did have to fo to Hospital for xray because their machine wasn't capable of doing an xray on a large person so that was inconvenient to us. I wasn't feeling good and had to go to another location 12 miles away - but that was no fault of this staff. They were amazing and followed up with me on my xray immediately. Sent in medications and was very thorough on instructions if I do not improve in the next 48 hrs. I appreciated their care and concern.

Front office staff was awesome. The physician I saw or nurse, whatever, was not. MyChart notes were answered incorrectly. I feel like I wasted my time coming. So, yeah, there's that. MyChart said that I could hear, I can't hear, my left ear, told the severity of it, told the treatment that I needed for my chronic ear infections, and my eardrum prolapse on the way home from there. So I appreciate that.

Nurse gave me a steroid shot and oral steroids after I asked her to check my medication compatibility. I had to visit my Endocrinologist today(2 days later) because of my skyrocketing glucose level. I now have to take insulin for a few days to combat the steroids that are incompatible with diabetes. This should not have happened.
