This was our first experience since our normal urgent care wasn't opened. The facility was very clean and the staff was amazing!! The NP took amazing care of my son and even asked how I was!

They were very busy and seemed to be understaffed. With that being said I was told a delay of 20-25mins. I ended up staying over an hour and it took them 45 just to read the xray. They were all very kind and sweet and very apologetic. I think management should staff more people especially during flu season

Extremely long wait times. Waited almost 4 hours to be seen by NP. Had to ask a nurse twice once in a room how much longer because we sat in room for an hour almost. Once seen it seemed rushed and concerns weren't heard.
