The doctor was awesome and the triage nurse was sweet and pleasant to talk to and the girl at the check-in desk was so courteous. Everyone told me they hoped I feel better soon. It will be a definite backup if my Primary Care Jeffery Williams isn't available!!!

They were very kind and helpful but sent me to the ER for stitches in my hand. I didn't realize they wouldn't put stitches in. I knew that my wound needed sutures. Not sure if this is policy or the type of wound that needed attention.

Mrs. Alston really needs to work on her bedside manner and how to approach sensitive situations. I hope she doesn't approach other patients that way. I have rarely had any issues with Wellstar facilities but this woman will never treat myself or my family again.

They very courteous & attentive to me today. I did have to fo to Hospital for xray because their machine wasn't capable of doing an xray on a large person so that was inconvenient to us. I wasn't feeling good and had to go to another location 12 miles away - but that was no fault of this staff. They were amazing and followed up with me on my xray immediately. Sent in medications and was very thorough on instructions if I do not improve in the next 48 hrs. I appreciated their care and concern.

Front office staff was awesome. The physician I saw or nurse, whatever, was not. MyChart notes were answered incorrectly. I feel like I wasted my time coming. So, yeah, there's that. MyChart said that I could hear, I can't hear, my left ear, told the severity of it, told the treatment that I needed for my chronic ear infections, and my eardrum prolapse on the way home from there. So I appreciate that.
