Extremely long wait times. Waited almost 4 hours to be seen by NP. Had to ask a nurse twice once in a room how much longer because we sat in room for an hour almost. Once seen it seemed rushed and concerns weren't heard.

The nurse was AMAZING!!! The PA just didn't say much at all. The nurse was very informative and she went over the discharge instructions with me.

the doc was rude she slammed the door and didn't tell me anything reall didn't have a boot for me or crutches made walk on my messed up foot and i was crying in pain walking out and she didn't care the doc was so rude i will never come back

Well, I had to wait a while for my provider to bring in the stitches. I understand that providers are very busy with patients sometimes but there was more than 1 provider there. I feel like it shouldn't have taken 3 hours to get some stitches done but I could be wrong maybe that's the normal wait time. My point is though if a provider is super busy they should let another provider know so that they can help them out. Because I did have another provider come in at about 9:30 and start the stitches. I got into the room at about 6:50. Just a way to get patients out quicker. Thanks for all your help!
