The PA was thorough, professional, very encouraging and reassuring. She helped me when I didn't think anyone could. The nurse who administered my injection did with no pain and she was professional and compassionate. Thank you I also did not have a wait time for anything

It freezes, and I had to press several times to enter a number, and the same thing happened with the other numbers. This caused the patient waiting for their turn to get a little upset with me because I took longer to register. But everything else was excellently professional. Thank you.
