The nurse practitioner and the medical assistant have great bedside manners, but I would say, being an employee of WellStar, I am very disappointed on how long it took the radiologist to read my x-ray. It took them approximately three and a half hours for them to tell the nurse practitioner my x-ray results. I had left the facility before I could get my x-ray results. That is not acceptable, and especially if I am a WellSTAR employee.

Hi, the staff were fabulous and I think that the facilities are great. My only issue is that I got test results saying what I don't have, but I have absolutely no guidance on what I do have. So I'm not sure that the visit was very instructional for me at all.

This was my first time going to this urgent care and it will not be my last they were very friendly they catered to my needs and I appreciate them. They did not let me leave until my fever and blood pressure was controlled

I'm very glad to see Urgent Care WellSTAR in my neighborhood, which is maybe less than a half mile from my house. And I just wanted to say the facility was clean, everyone was professional, and welcome to the neighborhood.

I have been to this facility a few times since opening. This was the 1st a provider told us no and go to the ER about receiving services(removing an earring stuck in left earlobe) . Which another provider earlier in the week was able to remove the right earring at the same facility.
