My daughter was prescribed albuterol solution and we have no machine. No other medication was given as a replacement. We were told to go buy the machine if we wanted to use the medication. I made it clear that I could not find one online before we left. Still no other prescription was sent in I was told she didn't need anything.

I went in with pain in my tonsils. I described it as pain in the roof of my mouth. I was told by the nurse practitioner that I probably burned the roof of my mouth with hot food, as if I'm 12 years old and don't know when I've burnt myself...after pressing her about potential bacterial infection or virus, she offered a mouth wash...she initially said just take Tylenol.

The staff was phenomenal from the nurse practitioner to the front desk to the doctor. They were all phenomenal, all discreet. Made me and my son feel like it was family. I would definitely recommend this WellStar to anybody. They were very punctual. They was quick. I didn't have to wait long. They definitely let me know their concerns. And I've been with WellStar for a minute, so I really appreciate them. It's definitely family.

I needed urgent care quickly after coming down with a very itchy rash breakout the evening before (cause not known, suspected bug bites, plants, sun, other). I was very happy to be informed when I called that there's a brand new WellStar Urgent Care & Provider facility about a mile away from home! I was given some choices for early times to be seen too. When I arrived and went inside I was very impressed with the clean, spacious, and welcoming lobbies for each facility. I was checked in and called back pretty quickly. I liked the nurse who took my vitals and brought me to my room. The NP who saw me was friendly, caring, and professional. She diagnosed my condition right and went over treatment options. I was glad to receive treatment right away to relieve my stress and pain for the intense itching. The NP called in two Rx's to my close-by pharmacy. I was given a thorough Patient Information handout at the visit's end that went over everything which will also appear on my MyChart portal, which is the very best way to house all of your healthcare information and stay in touch with one's WellStar doctors. I thoroughly appreciated being seen so quickly this morning. I believe that I'll be over my rash and better in no time. Thank you to all who helped me today!
