Hi, the staff were fabulous and I think that the facilities are great. My only issue is that I got test results saying what I don't have, but I have absolutely no guidance on what I do have. So I'm not sure that the visit was very instructional for me at all.

The entire staff from the front desk to the triage nurse to the actual doctor they were all very pleasant. This was my first time going to this urgent care and it will not be my last they were very friendly they catered to my needs and I appreciate them. They did not let me leave until my fever and blood pressure was controlled

I'm very glad to see Urgent Care WellSTAR in my neighborhood, which is maybe less than a half mile from my house. And I just wanted to say the facility was clean, everyone was professional, and welcome to the neighborhood.

I have been to this facility a few times since opening. This was the 1st a provider told us no and go to the ER about receiving services(removing an earring stuck in left earlobe) . Which another provider earlier in the week was able to remove the right earring at the same facility.

You need more doctors. I had an appointment for 1:40 PM and I did not even go in until close to 4:15 PM. There was only one doctor in the facility. There were too many people there for one physician.

The wait up front was ridiculous waited 3 hours to be seen was not told that people that make appointments will get seen no matter how long you have been waiting. Was never updated was told an hour when I walked in that they are running behind at the 3 hour mark I asked and was told people that check in on line before they come in "hold more importance" and that I'd probably have another hour to hour and a half wait for my CHILD to be seen. About 20 min later was called back. Once in the back everyone was very apologetic and very nice and caring to my very sick daughter.
