That staff was phenomenal. That was some of the best care I've ever received at an urgent care. The MA, I cannot remember her name, but she was fabulous. I want to say it started with an I. She was so patient, so calm, someone who truly belongs in healthcare. She made me feel immediately valued. And the nurse practitioner was also amazing, super empathetic, explained things well. Very kind. What a wonderful team you all have there. Excellent care, great empathy, personalities of people that truly belong in healthcare. Thank you all so much. I appreciate your patience and kindness.

Yes, the staff were great. They got me back in a timely manner. The doctor was very concerned, even scheduled me a follow-up appointment with the orthopedic, which I didn't need because I was well like the next day. So I really appreciate all the concerns and just being on top of things. Everybody was pleasant and I enjoyed the visit and I definitely will be returning if I have any other problems. Thank you.

I scheduled an appointment, but it was still about an hour before I was in the exam room. Not relating to the care provided, I have a comment about the waiting room. There were only adults waiting, but there was a Scooby Doo movie on the TV. It was very loud and there was music playing simultaneously. When you already don't feel well, some things can be really annoying. I would have preferred to listen to the music rather than be forced to listen to a children's movie. The two competing devices were especially annoying.

I had a wonderful experience at the WellStar Urgent Care on the East-West Connector. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and efficient, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciated the excellent care and compassion I received. I felt so bad, the front desk person came out and helped me with my sign in. She was kind and caring and deserves employee recognition. Cam was great too, as was the doctor. Your people are what make a difference and all of them need to be rewarded. I have not visited this Wellstar site before but will definitely use it again. I say"special thanks for the service!" The front office staff was very polite, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. They took my injury very seriously and even got up and went to the back to get a clinician. Did not have a long wait at all and everyone was very respectful and conscientious and just really considerate not to cause any further pain. So the only thing that I would say that needs improvement is to make sure that you have all of the supplies that you need. I ended up having to go back and so I called and they didn't have anything at the WellSTAR urgent care hostel for a cut, the derma skin. They ran out of that so I ended up having to go to another WellSTAR urgent care which was in Vinings. That's all.

I just want to mention, this might have been the most "enjoyable" trips to an urgent care. Ironic, since my visit was due to a pretty deep laceration to my index finger while trying to be a good husband and cook my wife lunch since I had a work from home day LOL. Anyways, I showed up to the urgent care a bit out of touch because when I mean deep...it was deep. Convinced in my head that I was probably going to lose a finger tip. I wrapped the wound ASAP after the incident so not much blood was lost...UNTIL my finger went into the sterilization bath at the urgent care. I completely discolored two different baths as I sat there and watched blood squirt out of my finger. Watching was my first mistake, because right when the doctor left the room, I could feel my head fading. I was about to pass out, but luckily the doctor came back super fast. She could tell I wasn't feeling well, and by the time she called for assistance, I was drowning in a pool of my own sweat. Three, four, maybe even five nurses rushed to help with ice packs, cooling rags, and tons of encouragement. I cannot thank those women enough, and I hope they all see this. Because yeah it might have been a bit scary for a minute there, but I felt so comfortable knowing I had the type of care and attention I got at this urgent care (of all places). Not to mention, my visit was insanely quick. 5 stitches later...I would highly recommend this location.

Not sure of the issue but I had an extreme wait time while sitting in one of the rooms. The front desk girl and nurse were very pleasant BUT the wait was crazy considering I made an appointment and no one was waiting in the waiting room when I left. I left without being seen and refunded my copay. I've been here once before with no problems but no one peeped in to say anything and it felt like I was 'forgotten'. If it was going to be a wait like that someone could've advised of it and/or asked if I wanted to remain there. I'm there for back pain and sitting was not helping the issue. I made a appt while leaving and received service from another Wellstar Urgent Care shortly after I left and was seen, diagnosed and left all within 25-30 mins.

The facility from the beginning to exiting. The young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. I had not obtained my Medicaid card, but she encouraged me to call the toll-free number and get the number for the card and she processed my visit immediately the young lady who took my vitals was extremely sweet and caring. I explained to her my medical situations and she informed me of the process for the urgent care. When the medical professional entered the room, she introduced herself and went directly into discussing my concerns. She immediately called the name of what it was that I was dealing with and an immediate solution. Her response to my concerns, dealt with care and understanding. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone needing services.

I just want to mention, this might have been the most "enjoyable" trips to an urgent care. Ironic, since my visit was due to a pretty deep laceration to my index finger while trying to be a good husband and cook my wife lunch since I had a work from home day LOL. Anyways, I showed up to the urgent care a bit out of touch because when I mean deep...it was deep. Convinced in my head that I was probably going to lose a finger tip. I wrapped the wound ASAP after the incident so not much blood was lost...UNTIL my finger went into the sterilization bath at the urgent care. I completely discolored two different baths as I sat there and watched blood squirt out of my finger. Watching was my first mistake, because right when the doctor left the room, I could feel my head fading. I was about to pass out, but luckily the doctor came back super fast. She could tell I wasn't feeling well, and by the time she called for assistance, I was drowning in a pool of my own sweat. Three, four, maybe even five nurses rushed to help with ice packs, cooling rags, and tons of encouragement. I cannot thank those women enough, and I hope they all see this. Because yeah it might have been a bit scary for a minute there, but I felt so comfortable knowing I had the type of care and attention I got at this urgent care (of all places). Not to mention, my visit was insanely quick. 5 stitches later...I would highly recommend this location.

Yes, hi. I was from out of town and I came to the urgent care to get checked out and I had the utmost professionalism provided to me and I appreciate them very much from the beginning to the end of the visit. Thank you.

Not sure of the issue but I had an extreme wait time while sitting in one of the rooms. The front desk girl and nurse were very pleasant BUT the wait was crazy considering I made an appointment and no one was waiting in the waiting room when I left. I left without being seen and refunded my copay. I've been here once before with no problems but no one peeped in to say anything and it felt like I was 'forgotten'. If it was going to be a wait like that someone could've advised of it and/or asked if I wanted to remain there. I'm there for back pain and sitting was not helping the issue. I made a appt while leaving and received service from another Wellstar Urgent Care shortly after I left and was seen, diagnosed and left all within 25-30 mins.

The facility from the beginning to exiting. The young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. I had not obtained my Medicaid card, but she encouraged me to call the toll-free number and get the number for the card and she processed my visit immediately the young lady who took my vitals was extremely sweet and caring. I explained to her my medical situations and she informed me of the process for the urgent care. When the medical professional entered the room, she introduced herself and went directly into discussing my concerns. She immediately called the name of what it was that I was dealing with and an immediate solution. Her response to my concerns, dealt with care and understanding. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone needing services.

The visit was quick, easy, and efficient. The only reason for the two 9's is many of my friends and family live closer to other Wellstar Urgent Care facilities. I would tell them to go to the one closest to where they are.

I just want to mention, this might have been the most "enjoyable" trips to an urgent care. Ironic, since my visit was due to a pretty deep laceration to my index finger while trying to be a good husband and cook my wife lunch since I had a work from home day LOL. Anyways, I showed up to the urgent care a bit out of touch because when I mean deep...it was deep. Convinced in my head that I was probably going to lose a finger tip. I wrapped the wound ASAP after the incident so not much blood was lost...UNTIL my finger went into the sterilization bath at the urgent care. I completely discolored two different baths as I sat there and watched blood squirt out of my finger. Watching was my first mistake, because right when the doctor left the room, I could feel my head fading. I was about to pass out, but luckily the doctor came back super fast. She could tell I wasn't feeling well, and by the time she called for assistance, I was drowning in a pool of my own sweat. Three, four, maybe even five nurses rushed to help with ice packs, cooling rags, and tons of encouragement. I cannot thank those women enough, and I hope they all see this. Because yeah it might have been a bit scary for a minute there, but I felt so comfortable knowing I had the type of care and attention I got at this urgent care (of all places). Not to mention, my visit was insanely quick. 5 stitches later...I would highly recommend this location.

I felt so bad, the front desk person came out and helped me with my sign in. She was kind and caring and deserves employee recognition. Cam was great too, as was the doctor. Your people are what make a difference and all of them need to be rewarded. I have not visited this Wellstar site before but will definitely use it again. I say"special thanks for the service!" Thanks to all of you, I am feeling better.

The front office staff was very polite, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. They took my injury very seriously and even got up and went to the back to get a clinician. Did not have a long wait at all and everyone was very respectful and conscientious and just really considerate not to cause any further pain. So the only thing that I would say that needs improvement is to make sure that you have all of the supplies that you need. I ended up having to go back and so I called and they didn't have anything at the WellSTAR urgent care hostel for a cut, the derma skin. They ran out of that so I ended up having to go to another WellSTAR urgent care which was in Vinings. That's all.

I had a wonderful experience at the WellStar Urgent Care on the East-West Connector. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and efficient, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciated the excellent care and compassion I received. Thank you to the entire team for providing such outstanding service!

I scheduled an appointment, but it was still about an hour before I was in the exam room. Not relating to the care provided, I have a comment about the waiting room. There were only adults waiting, but there was a Scooby Doo movie on the TV. It was very loud and there was music playing simultaneously. When you already don't feel well, some things can be really annoying. I would have preferred to listen to the music rather than be forced to listen to a children's movie. The two competing devices were especially annoying.

Yes, the staff were great. They got me back in a timely manner. The doctor was very concerned, even scheduled me a follow-up appointment with the orthopedic, which I didn't need because I was well like the next day. So I really appreciate all the concerns and just being on top of things. Everybody was pleasant and I enjoyed the visit and I definitely will be returning if I have any other problems. Thank you.

That staff was phenomenal. That was some of the best care I've ever received at an urgent care. The MA, I cannot remember her name, but she was fabulous. I want to say it started with an I. She was so patient, so calm, someone who truly belongs in healthcare. She made me feel immediately valued. And the nurse practitioner was also amazing, super empathetic, explained things well. Very kind. What a wonderful team you all have there. Excellent care, great empathy, personalities of people that truly belong in healthcare. Thank you all so much.
