The visit was quick, easy, and efficient. The only reason for the two 9's is many of my friends and family live closer to other Wellstar Urgent Care facilities. I would tell them to go to the one closest to where they are.

Our family always attends this WellSTAR urgent care and have always had prompt, immediate service. They're always attentive and we appreciate them.

I called prior to arrive into the office. The attendant was so reassuring and told me to come after arriving at the facility. It was nothing but professional, courteous, and a concern for my well-being. I walked in there in pain, underwear, what my problem was and walked out of there, not in pain with all the information that I needed. I would recommend this facility and this staff to anyone thank you

This was our first visit with our son to a regular urgent care. We normally drive all the way to Kennesaw to go to pediatric urgent care if we needed something after the doctor's office was closed. And the staff was so nice. I truly wish I could remember the nurse practitioner's name and the RN or LPN who checked us in his name. They were fantastic with our 11-year-old. They listened to us. They got him a popsicle right away for when he had a fever to give him medicine. They were very caring. We were in and out faster. We were actually in there seen and out faster than it would have taken us to even get to urgent care in Kennesaw. So it was a great option and a truly great experience.

Provider was very thorough and listened to my concerns. She explained what the medicine would do to my blood readings would do when I took the Predisone and to watch it diligently.

Courteous, kind and the nurse practitioner listened to me and didn't dismiss my symptoms even though the initial test didn't pick up on anything. After the culture was sent out the infection was detected. She treated me and I started to feel better the next day.

They did great, but we waited so long for the appointment that was scheduled. There was no one in the waiting room, and no one came in after us. Whats the point of scheduling an appointment when you still gotta wait 30m on an empty waiting room. We almost walked out.

And when they finished my needs, they asked me was there anything else they could do for me. They are awesome. I give them, I give them like 10 thumbs up. They were wonderful. They know, you do not need to do anything, but just keep up the good work that you guys are having them doing because they are on top of things. Very nice. They were smile. They smile. They were very courteous. They were very friendly and all of that and some. So I am so happy that I've gotten hooked up with Wellstar Urgent Care because I had went somewhere else, the one, I'm not going to call her name because I don't talk about people like that, but the lady was so happy.
