I always come to this urgent care when I'm feeling unwell. I've never had a bad experience and all staff is always so helpful and kind. Clean and professional

Positive and helpful experience. Everyone was courteous and professional. The only exception was the receptionist had opportunity to be friendlier. She's customer's first impression of the clinic.

Yes, hi. I was from out of town and I came to the urgent care to get checked out and I had the utmost professionalism provided to me and I appreciate them very much from the beginning to the end of the visit. Thank you.

Not sure of the issue but I had an extreme wait time while sitting in one of the rooms. The front desk girl and nurse were very pleasant BUT the wait was crazy considering I made an appointment and no one was waiting in the waiting room when I left. I left without being seen and refunded my copay. I've been here once before with no problems but no one peeped in to say anything and it felt like I was 'forgotten'. If it was going to be a wait like that someone could've advised of it and/or asked if I wanted to remain there. I'm there for back pain and sitting was not helping the issue. I made a appt while leaving and received service from another Wellstar Urgent Care shortly after I left and was seen, diagnosed and left all within 25-30 mins.

The facility from the beginning to exiting. The young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. I had not obtained my Medicaid card, but she encouraged me to call the toll-free number and get the number for the card and she processed my visit immediately the young lady who took my vitals was extremely sweet and caring. I explained to her my medical situations and she informed me of the process for the urgent care. When the medical professional entered the room, she introduced herself and went directly into discussing my concerns. She immediately called the name of what it was that I was dealing with and an immediate solution. Her response to my concerns, dealt with care and understanding. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone needing services.

I called prior to arrive into the office. The attendant was so reassuring and told me to come after arriving at the facility. It was nothing but professional, courteous, and a concern for my well-being. I walked in there in pain, underwear, what my problem was and walked out of there, not in pain with all the information that I needed. This was our first visit with our son to a regular urgent care. We normally drive all the way to Kennesaw to go to pediatric urgent care if we needed something after the doctor's office was closed. And the staff was so nice. I truly wish I could remember the nurse practitioner's name and the RN or LPN who checked us in his name. They were fantastic with our 11-year-old. They listened to us. They got him a popsicle right away for when he had a fever to give him medicine. They were very caring. We were in and out faster. We were actually in there seen and out faster than it would have taken us to even get to urgent care in Kennesaw. So it was a great option and a truly great experience.

Courteous, kind and the nurse practitioner listened to me and didn't dismiss my symptoms even though the initial test didn't pick up on anything. After the culture was sent out the infection was detected. She treated me and I started to feel better the next day.

They did great, but we waited so long for the appointment that was scheduled. There was no one in the waiting room, and no one came in after us. Whats the point of scheduling an appointment when you still gotta wait 30m on an empty waiting room. We almost walked out.

Not sure of the issue but I had an extreme wait time while sitting in one of the rooms. The front desk girl and nurse were very pleasant BUT the wait was crazy considering I made an appointment and no one was waiting in the waiting room when I left. I left without being seen and refunded my copay. I've been here once before with no problems but no one peeped in to say anything and it felt like I was 'forgotten'. If it was going to be a wait like that someone could've advised of it and/or asked if I wanted to remain there. I'm there for back pain and sitting was not helping the issue. I made a appt while leaving and received service from another Wellstar Urgent Care shortly after I left and was seen, diagnosed and left all within 25-30 mins.

Yes, hi. I was from out of town and I came to the urgent care to get checked out and I had the utmost professionalism provided to me and I appreciate them very much from the beginning to the end of the visit. Thank you.

Positive and helpful experience. Everyone was courteous and professional. The only exception was the receptionist had opportunity to be friendlier. She's customer's first impression of the clinic.
