I could get in, get an appointment very fast. It was over the phone, no miscommunication. I got emails and notification through MyChart. When I came in, the front desk girl, she was awesome, very respectful, very helping, got my health information and explained to me that I would need to pay a co-pay, did that. Then when I got my vitals done, a very nice lady and my provider came in and was able to get tests done very quick, in and out, made me feel better about my situation and I was able to get antibiotics 15 minutes later at the pharmacy.

NP Ojadi was awesome and even gave attention to my other toddler who wanted to show her mosquito bite while her brother had an ear infection. It might seem like a small act but it meant a lot to my toddler and even more to me, as their mom. She was excellent and if I'm ever needing urgent care, I'll definitely come here and recommend this practice. The front desk and nurse were all awesome and even when I had to call back and transfer my script, they did it so fast bc I got a text from the new pharmacy within minutes. Just 11/10 all around. Thank you from an exhausted pregnant mom of littles.

That staff was phenomenal. That was some of the best care I've ever received at an urgent care. The MA, I cannot remember her name, but she was fabulous. I want to say it started with an I. She was so patient, so calm, someone who truly belongs in healthcare. She made me feel immediately valued. And the nurse practitioner was also amazing, super empathetic, explained things well. Very kind. What a wonderful team you all have there. Excellent care, great empathy, personalities of people that truly belong in healthcare. Thank you all so much. I appreciate your patience and kindness.

Yes, the staff were great. They got me back in a timely manner. The doctor was very concerned, even scheduled me a follow-up appointment with the orthopedic, which I didn't need because I was well like the next day. So I really appreciate all the concerns and just being on top of things. Everybody was pleasant and I enjoyed the visit and I definitely will be returning if I have any other problems. Thank you.

I scheduled an appointment, but it was still about an hour before I was in the exam room. Not relating to the care provided, I have a comment about the waiting room. There were only adults waiting, but there was a Scooby Doo movie on the TV. It was very loud and there was music playing simultaneously. When you already don't feel well, some things can be really annoying. I would have preferred to listen to the music rather than be forced to listen to a children's movie. The two competing devices were especially annoying.

So yeah, they gave me a prescription and sent it to a different urgent care that was not even a pharmacy, which delayed my care by a full day, or more than a full day, actually. So that was very frustrating to work with.

NP Ojadi was awesome and even gave attention to my other toddler who wanted to show her mosquito bite while her brother had an ear infection. It might seem like a small act but it meant a lot to my toddler and even more to me, as their mom. She was excellent and if I'm ever needing urgent care, I'll definitely come here and recommend this practice. The front desk and nurse were all awesome and even when I had to call back and transfer my script, they did it so fast bc I got a text from the new pharmacy within minutes. Just 11/10 all around. Thank you from an exhausted pregnant mom of littles.

I could get in, get an appointment very fast. It was over the phone, no miscommunication. I got emails and notification through MyChart. When I came in, the front desk girl, she was awesome, very respectful, very helping, got my health information and explained to me that I would need to pay a co-pay, did that. Then when I got my vitals done, a very nice lady and my provider came in and was able to get tests done very quick, in and out, made me feel better about my situation and I was able to get antibiotics 15 minutes later at the pharmacy.

Kiara, the receptionist, Ojadi were all wonderful and showed me respect and concern. Ojadi, NP it's very thorough. She assessed my foot then was so gentle when she wrapped it for me. She was knowledgeable and so caring!
