Great service, seen before by appointed time. X-rays explained with options for tx and ongoing care of my condition. Very pleased!

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, including the doctor. My major concern and complaint is only being given a 15 minute block for an appointment. My appointment time went past that 15 minutes allocated and trust me, I felt that "rush" the entire time to get my appointment wrapped up and me out the door. A 15 minute block is not enough time to meet with a nurse and give accurate thorough information about reason for visit, especially if a complex issue. Then in that same expected short 15 minute time frame have 6-8 X-rays, meet with the doctor and once again go over all the details with him about my reason for the visit that I already shared with the nurse, then the doctor explain what is going on with two joints and briefly examine me then answer ALL questions a patient might have about a shocking diagnosis. I was never asked 'do you have anymore questions or concerns' before the door was being opened and doctor was one foot out of the room. It should be noted that there were zero other patients in the office at the time. An employee even came in to the x-ray room for the obvious reason to alert the tech she needs to wrap it up with me. I know that was the purpose for the other employee because no words were spoken but the tech said "We are almost done here". Again, the employees & Dr. I met and talked with very friendly but medical care needs and deserves more than just kindness. Adequate time for appointments, discussion of medical diagnosis and answering patient questions is just as important and kindness.

The staff is always attentive, kind and professional. Visiting with Dr. Lawal was a pleasure. He was very attentive. When he first came into the room, he introduced himself. Then he sat and listened to my concerns without interruption. When I finished speaking, he proceeded to talk and explained to me about my issues. And he answered my questions thoughtfully and to my understanding. I was very appreciative of his attentiveness and professionalism. I will be going back to him for my orthopedic needs. Thank Dr. Lawal and staff!
