It was a great job as far as the time it took me waiting to see the doctor. But once the doctor came in, I was explaining to him that I was going through a lot and having anxiety with my son just passing. He showed absolutely no condolences at all. It's like it didn't bother him. He shrugged his shoulders. He just didn't seem attentive at all. I was trying to ask questions about my health, my blood pressure, my diabetes. It's like he didn't have a concern in the world at all. It's like we were kind of being combat up. I had to apologize to him, you know, before we started to get on a different level. But overall, I did not have a good experience there at all. And I just want to make sure that my care is being accurate. I don't believe that the, it's just the stuff that was, excuse me, the medical

Hey, I would say Dr. Abi is one of the smartest doctor I've encountered in my lifetime. He listens, he definitely sympathize and be familiar with whatever you got going on. And he make you feel comfortable to talk to him so he can help you get back on your feet. And the staff in the lab room, both of them, are very, very, very nice. They make you welcome and comfortable so they can provide you the best care possible. I would clap for the entire team. They deserve something. I don't care what you guys give, but they deserve something. Thank you.

Great experience overall. Though there were no cleansing wipes of any kind in the restroom so I could not properly follow the listed instructions when I was asked for a urine sample.

Dr. A's staff is truly remarkable. Everyone from the time I entered the door to the time I left spoke and then also told me to have a good day. The nurse was exceptional. The lady that drew my blood, she did not hesitate. She went in and did what she needed to do. It was very quick. It didn't hurt. It was painless. Everything was amazing. I love Dr. A and his staff.

Physical exam was not thorough. Only listened to heart and lungs. I didn't even get on the exam table which I thought was very odd. Personality wise he was a little unprofessional. He kept calling me "friend" instead of my name. Didn't ask about Pap smear, last bloodwork or other health maintenance questions. Overall I was unimpressed. The other staff members were friendly and I appreciated being able to do labs on site. I will continue going to this practice but will see another provider instead.
