He was extremely dismissive of the things that I said. He never even asked me about my symptoms. I felt like he talked down to me and like I was uneducated. I was very frustrated when I left.

The only thing I can say that needs to be done is the ultrasound equipment definitely needs to be upgraded. The poor doctor can't take it from room to room without having to plug it up and having it reboot because it's so old it will not hold charge. And I feel like what they get from the insurance payments and grants and whatnot that they shud be equipped with updated equipment

The doctor and his team seemed very compassionate and very concerned, and they listened. They were understandable. Something that will improve it is to try to give some patients who have low pain tolerance something for the pain. It was somewhat painful, so I ended up in tears, not badly, but I didn't want to feel that. It's the pressure when they go down to try to get some samples. from your thyroid, you have to press down hard and go down further. And it left me, that was pain during that time. But afterwards, I was able to take Tylenol, so thank you very much. So they can improve it by giving you something, a little mild anesthetic or something, or localize that area or something. Thank you.
