I did have to sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes after checking in.. once the doctor realized I had been there for that long and still waiting, he came to the front desk and told them to get me in a room. 2 minutes later I was in a room. The medical assistant who took my vitals and intake information was scrolling on her phone while my blood pressure took. And I could see an earbud in her ear and hear that there was something (I'm assuming music) playing while asking me questions. But other than that, I was in and out in a timely manner and the doctor was very personable and took time to make sure I understood everything.

The front staff was extremely nice and friendly. The nurses or the people that took my vital signs were very nice. And the nurse afterwards, like the people, they were very friendly. They were nice. So I really appreciate you all because it was definitely, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was. So thank you all for your patience and thank you for your kindness and being delicate and gentle.

The actual office was hard to find. I got turned around three times since my appointment was in a different location than the last time. I asked staff members in the building for assistance and several of them were unsure of where the office was located. Clear instructions on the office location need to be on the reminder text messages and emails.

If the clerk in the lab on second floor In the MOB would hang up her personal calls, the lab would not be so aggravating. Waiting for your name to be called to be checked in, she does a bit of paperwork then back to phone call. I did not see her name/ tag. Otherwise my appointment was great!!
