As new patient and first visit for Hashimoto the provider did not manually check my thyroid. He palpated the side of my neck at my request for a spot that has been present for a while. I did not have much confidence in his care.

Dr Davis was very pleasant and listened to my concerns and explained things to my understanding, but I felt like this visit did not give me the answers I was looking for...instead of getting to the "root cause" to my problem, the doctor said that he could give me a medicine that may or may not work!! I felt this visit was a waste of time and money!

I chose to do the survey because of how impressed I am with the care that I received today.I am an emergency department registered nurse causing me to have a lot of contact/communication with physicians. I can say with confidence that the provider I saw today showed exemplary care, compassion, and kindness during my visit. I felt the provider was extremely thorough and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. I am very pleased with the experience. I had today way to go Wellstar!!!

I did have to sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes after checking in.. once the doctor realized I had been there for that long and still waiting, he came to the front desk and told them to get me in a room. 2 minutes later I was in a room. The medical assistant who took my vitals and intake information was scrolling on her phone while my blood pressure took. And I could see an earbud in her ear and hear that there was something (I'm assuming music) playing while asking me questions. But other than that, I was in and out in a timely manner and the doctor was very personable and took time to make sure I understood everything.
