Everyone that I encountered at this practice was professional, kind and helpful from check in/check/out, the medical assistant/nursing staff and Dr. Thomas. I did not feel rushed through my visit and he was kind and easy going. He listened to my concerns and was thorough with his plan. I was also impressed that he had already viewed my chart and wasn't looking through things at the visit but had already looked at my history.

I don't understand why cash is no longer acceptable. I don't put $10.00 copay on a card. Now I have to wait for a bill and write a check. Makes no sense to me! And I don't understand why they weigh in kg. If they can't figure lbs. Correctly. My weight was 82 kg now my paperwork says 192 lbs...not correct..
