Mr. Thomas, a great doctor. So far, one of the best I ever had. Dr. Thomas not only take good care of you, he tries always to go all the way to the root of the problem, to fix the issue with you. And he always treats you not like you are another patient. He treats you like you are his friend. I love that from him. He makes me feel like he is a good friend of mine. That's what I love from him. And he don't try to sugarcoat anything. He will tell you the truth just the way it is. He won't be disrespectful or anything. He's a very respectful person. He listens to you. He pays attention to every single detail when you talk to him.

I just want to say that Dr. Thomas is a wonderful PCP. He is knowledgeable, of course, but more than that he's patient and empathetic. I never feel rushed during my appointments and he's not one of these practitioners that starts to treat you like you're invisible once you turn a certain age or hit or certain weight. Dr. Thomas never 'chalks things up' to just being overweight or getting older. I wish more doctors were like him. I never look forward to going to see any physician, but I don't dread going to see Dr. Thomas. Lol. I feel comfortable discussing all aspects of my health with him and also appreciate how responsive he is when it comes to messages in the portal. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Thomas. His support staff is also great. Friendly, efficient and personable. During my last visit - for the first time ever - the phlebotomists weren't a) on break when I checked out and b) didn't show up from the break then decide to eat Chinese food in the same room where my blood was being drawn - so that was a plus as well. Great experience all around.
