I won't take my children anywhere else. I have never had a bad experience here and the staff has always been so great!

I don't think I have had such a terrific doctor for my children. She kept me informed and was so thorough and nice! I was extremely impressed with the time she took to make sure I knew everything and when to follow-up!

I find it extremely concerning that this provider/practice would use software to record my child's visit and not be forthcoming with what exactly what is happening. This is deceitful and raises my alarms and suspicions immediately. I am disgusted by her behavior. She walked in and said she's using "co pilot" as if I'm familiar with this or if I have any reason to know what this is. She offered zero explanation. I read the framed document in the room and asked if I could opt out since she didn't inform me that I, along with my minor child, were being recorded. This is appalling behavior from someone I am trusting to treat my child for an urgent medical issue. Do better.

Our provider was very friendly, so much that I wouldn't mind having her as our primary care physician for my son. And also the wait time, although we weren't told it might be more than 15 minutes, it probably wasn't much more than 15 minutes and for an after hours or urgent care type of wait. That was awesome, especially with how everyone seems to be sick right now with the flu.

We had an excellent experience with Marc-Yriane Borieux, MD. She listened to us and was very attentive to our child, checking him out thoroughly. She explained everything well and asked if we had questions. She took her time and we were very grateful for the good experience in our time of need. Grateful the after hours care is an option!

Overall I was very disappointed with how we were greeted when we entered the building. The lack of bedside manners, concern and compassion of the nurse we saw prior to the physician was disheartening. When checking out to get my daughter's schools excuse, the staff including the nurse we saw was disengaged and lacked the healthcare professionalism we should have received.
