I made an appointment for 2:00 and left at 5:30 even though I did not need any X-rays or blood work. Everyone was very nice, but I felt that whether you make an appointment or just walk in you will have to spend many hours waiting. And waiting...

Considering I arrived at 5:30. I'd say the entire staff was ready to help me, without being click sensitive. Once I got into my assigned room Pat and the 2 young ladies (both from Florida) were very concerned with getting me fixed. I had both ears clogged with wax. All 3 ladies were fantastic and talented. They never looked at the clock Evan though it was way past closing time.

I have been visiting this clinic for about 7 years and the customer service has decreased starting at the front desk. The waiting time, 3-4 hours is ridiculous. People check in online and then arrive 15 minutes later and this impact the experience of the patients that are actually in the clinic waiting for their turn. There is no an effective process to deal with this. Then, the test results for Covid, flu, streptococcus should be in 15 minutes but the wait end up being over an hour. The experience with the care provider was positive though. But the whole patient experience needs to improve.

She recognized how sick I was and said, "We're gonna get you fixed up." The medicine that she gave me was perfect. I started feeling better the same day. I really appreciate her care and concern.

I came to the Wellstar Urgent Care Cooper Lake on Sunday, June 23rd approximately 15 mins before closing. I had a lot of anxiety as my toddler had a fever that would not seem to break after days. I was expected to be turned away or sense annoyance from the staff as I came right as their day was coming to an end. But I was welcomed and everyone showed care and concern for my son. I immediately felt a sense of relief and comfort and the rest of my night was much better. I was able to treat my son with confidence, opposed to being up all night and stressed wondering what could be wrong and waiting to take him to the doctor the next day. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness from the entire staff starting with check-in, until I left.

There was confusion about the prescription. The NP told me one thing and the MA another thing. I had to call the pharmacy and the clinic several times to get this issue resolved. In the end, towards the end of the day it did get resolved. Thank you!
