So I will say that I felt the individual that was at the front desk when we entered wasn't exactly engaged, didn't see a lot of expression from her. However, I was so impressed and pleased with the service of the nurse and the doctor. I really felt like they listened to what we had to say. They were very interested. There was a lot of two-way conversation. So it was just really great dialogue and they put us at ease and just made it such a pleasant visit. So we'll definitely be coming back to see this doctor for our future aftercare, after hour needs. Thank you.

Our experience was great. We showed up at Urgent care 30 min before close. We were seen, tested, treated and out the door in less than 30 minutes. The provider did a great job of explaining etiology, treatment, and follow up. I used to work as a provider in an urgent care. Well done team!
