My mom's 93 years old, almost 94, and he gives her adequate patience, time, attention, asks any questions, asks if we have any questions, answers any concerns, follows up. gives great feedback even in her MyChart and she's doing very well overall. Of course, her and the care that she gets, you know, being with us, but also having an excellent primary care doctor and team of doctors overall. Everything was fantastic with my appt. I do have feedback about the lab: even though the tech was amazing the restroom to provide urine samples is always dirty and not comfortable at all. I have been going there for years and every single time is the same experience. Today there was so many other peoples urine samples that I had to move them to be able to add mine. That is simply disgusting and unacceptable. Not to mention how many germs may be passed around while people has to touch and move other people's samples.
