Everything went very, very well. I was very pleased with the kind of care and the treatment that I got. Everybody seemed to be very courteous and very helpful. But the only problem that I had was one of the medications did not agree with me. I had to call back to get it changed. And I couldn't get through to really anybody. And I was told it would be 24 to 48 hours to wait to talk to someone about getting the medication changed. And I'm sorry, but I think that's too long for a patient to have to wait for that kind of change. Other than that, everything was fine. Thank you.

I did notice that people who was signed in after me was called before me but it is what it is. Also, I went in with a bad ear infection and when I returned home my ear drum ruptured. I tried calling the next day and was put on hold for over 20 mins and I hung up. When I tried calling my doctor he wanted me to follow up with the doctor I seen the night at the Urgent Care. That is frustrating because I waited for almost 2 hours. - checked in at 7:45 and didn't get seen till 9:40. I was in the back for only 15/20 mins. This is not really a complaint to the urgent care because everyone was very nice but as a Wellstar group in general. You should not have your patients running through loops for check ups and or follow ups.

I made appointment prior to visit & used electronic check-in. No interaction with or from front desk staff. Waited over hour to go to patient room. Nurse checked in - professional attitude. Then more waiting for doctor - also professional. Ordered Covid test & waited half hour till another staff came to do this - she seemed new and not professional as said "ewh" after got the swabbing. Doctor returned with results and explained treatment plan. Then a 3rd staff came to give discharge info - he was helpful. I was there 3 hours - mostly waiting. My husband came following day with evening appointment and was there less than an hour.
