Long wait was put in as a walk in instead of as an appointment then waited 2 hours. Front ladies looked miserable and were not helpful if not mean.

Nothing at this time. Oh I forgot after the long wait I forgot to tell them that I needed cough medicine but I had hoped since I was coughing while there and told them I had been coughing that would have been a given for my prescriptions that day.

And I just felt well cared for and like my needs took top priority. They weren't hesitant to do what was needed in the moment, you know, without, you know, reluctance or anything like that. I just feel like everything was well done. Yeah, I just appreciate the service that I received that day.

Dr. Rav was great, and lady that saw me before Dr. Rav and then wrapped my ankle afterwards was fantastic. So much personality and easy going. I cannot remember her name, possibly Misty. But she is definitely a bright spot in the Wellstar family. The lady who took my x-rays was also friendly and nice. From check-in to check-out, a very easy experience.
