Book a Virtual Urgent Care Visit Through Wellstar MyChart

Request a Virtual Urgent Care visit through your Wellstar MyChart account.

1. Log in to your Wellstar MyChart account.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select Start a Virtual Urgent Care Video Visit.
3. Following the prompts to Prepare for your Virtual Urgent Care Visit, select your location, then choose General Video Visit.
4. Connect for your visit using the option My Computer. A Chrome or Safari web browser will provide the best care experience.
5. Choose when you would like your Virtual Urgent Care visit by selecting between Next available clinician or Schedule your visit for later.
6. Fill in the reason for your visit and select Complete.
7. You will receive a text or email when the clinician is ready to see you.

Sign up for Wellstar MyChart

Create a Wellstar MyChart account to access virtual care, including Virtual Urgent Care and virtual visits with your primary care provider. It only takes three steps to sign up:

1. Go to mychart.wellstar.org.
2. Click on Sign Up (I don’t have a code).
3. Follow the instructions to create your account.
