Team Member Giving Campaign

Last year, team members collectively donated $1 million to advance local healthcare services – that’s a TOUCHDOWN for WellStar! This February, we will be celebrating with thousands of Team Member Givers across the System! Be on the lookout for gifts of gratitude, football games and more at participating WellStar facilities. Check e-source for campaign updates.

What does it mean to be a not-for-profit?

As a not-for-profit health system, every dollar received through the WellStar Foundation is reinvested into worthy initiatives that enhance patient and community care. All donations are tax deductible as allowed by law. WellStar Foundation’s Tax ID # is 58-1627413.

How much should I give?

Whether big or small – every dollar makes a difference! 100 percent of donations to the WellStar Foundation go directly toward the initiative designated by the individual donor. Enrolling in automatic payroll deduction is the easiest way to give. You may also choose to give through recurring or one-time credit card payments.

Estate/Planned giving is also an excellent way for team members to give back to the health and well-being of your community. There are many benefits to planned giving, including reducing your tax burden, meeting your philanthropic goals and leaving a lasting WellStar legacy.
