The staff at the front desk should not be on personal phone calls when checking in people and eating while they're checking you in. The doctor and the back staff were wonderful. He's very attentive and he listens to everything that you have to say. And I greatly appreciate everything he did for me. Thank you.

I would just like to say that in 40 years of gynecologic exams, I've never, male or female, had a gynecologist do deep breathing exercises to relax me prior to the pelvic exam, which I think is a positive touch, you know, to somebody who's especially there for a scary reason. It's just an extra level of care that takes him all of 30 to 45 seconds to make sure that we're all relaxed and we're all in the same headspace. Thank you.

We waited in the lobby for an hour before I was called. Although all members of the care team were friendly and efficient, there were no apologies for the wait. Dr Woodard was also very friendly and professional, but the visit was extremely short. It could have been telehealth.
