My chart is not sending verification codes soon enough to log in. It is very frustrating to get a message to check test results and not be able to login to my chart. Also for the appointment, I was trying to log in to check the address and it took the whole trip from my house for a code to be sent. Just as we arrived, several codes came through consecutively.

The staff there was absolutely fabulous, starting from the lady that did the blood pressure and all that. She was amazing. And so was Shelley. She's very, very thorough and very kind and I trust her very much. And they're awesome there. So thank you. Bye-bye.

Everything in the back office was great however the front main receptionist not the lady with the dreads but the straight hair lady's energy was not pleasant and made me very uneasy.
