I don't go to the doctor to buy a car, or a house, or anything else that comes with high-pressure sales people. I don't expect that my doctor is going to be a pill-pusher, either. If I have conditions that are only borderline, don't be so quick and insistent that I need medicines for them. Thanks.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. A few years ago, due to my insurance, I had to change providers. I didn't want to change and thankfully that was for only 1 year, I was able to go back and started seeing Shannon Shockley NP. She answers my questions, very thorough and doesn't rush!!

I would have canceled my appt. but i needed to talk to someone since WELSTAR doesn't allow phone calls to Dr's. I have been trying to resolve my issues receiving my meds thru my chart (which is not well maintained) the human factor has been eliminated since it was cost saving and loses the effectiveness of their moto of People care. Which I'm really starting to have my doubts about. It would be nice to talk to a PERSON from the office about an issue instead of someone working from home, who has no idea of what going on without talking to the Dr. My issues came from a prescription request that was sent from Dr. office to Acworth health park for pickup. I received a text saying that my request was being processed and should be ready in a few days. I would go there in a few days and was told that they were waiting on another signature. SINCE I CANT TALK TO A PERSON i had to write something in mychart to the DR. Instead, a nurse would respond who, is probably working from home and has NO idea of the issue and SHOIULD ask the DR of questions....but doesn't. I would return to try to get my meds only to be told again that they are waiting for another signature. This went on for 2 MONTHs with NO meds...whats Welstars moto "People care" thats a stretch in this case. Why did it take almost 3 moths to receive meds?? Since I COULDN'T talk to a HUMAN, I had to make an appointment to physically talk to my DR. THIS is BS. Since I'm a paying patient, anything less than a full reimbursement is unexceptable. The system that you are trying to impose is flawed I expect a response addressing these issues and payment reimbursement

I had a horrible experience getting my bloodwork done. It took me over an hour for them to get mine done. The staff was nice but they are SEVERELY understaffed! I was not expecting this and it caused me to miss a meeting for work.

Shannon did a very good job. I was there for a surgery clearance appointment to get my EKG and blood work and everything, and she was very courteous and knowledgeable, and we had a very good visit, and I believe she's a very good worker, and I enjoyed my time with her. Thank you.

my chart is confusing. I have Medicare and blue cross supplement. However the website led me to pay The 20% copay Which blue cross will pay. When I asked if they could refund the amount The check in person said no that I had to wait until it went through the insurance process and then they would refund the money. I Wish this were clearer on the website

Always a great experience for check in to check out and in between. My MA was great! Cannot remember her name. One thing to mention,Though when it came to the depression screening she asked if I was depressed instead of the actual questions.

I think the practice is great. The only thing that I have, my biggest complaint is the lab, the lab stinks. The service that you get in the lab is awful, has been for years. I have complained more than once and for some reason nothing ever happens or changes.

It would be nice to talk to a PERSON from the office about an issue instead of someone working from home, who has no idea of what going on without talking to the Dr. My issues came from a prescription request that was sent from Dr. office to Acworth health park for pickup. I received a text saying that my request was being processed and should be ready in a few days. I would go there in a few days and was told that they were waiting on another signature. SINCE I CANT TALK TO A PERSON i had to write something in mychart to the DR. Instead, a nurse would respond who, is probably working from home and has NO idea of the issue and SHOIULD ask the DR of questions....but doesn't. I would return to try to get my meds only to be told again that they are waiting for another signature. This went on for 2 MONTHs with NO meds...whats Welstars moto "People care" thats a stretch in this case. Why did it take almost 3 moths to receive meds?? Since I COULDN'T talk to a HUMAN, I had to make an appointment to physically talk to my DR. THIS is BS. Since I'm a paying patient, anything less than a full reimbursement is unexceptable. The system that you are trying to impose is flawed I expect a response addressing these issues and payment reimbursement

I had a horrible experience getting my bloodwork done. It took me over an hour for them to get mine done. The staff was nice but they are SEVERELY understaffed! I was not expecting this and it caused me to miss a meeting for work.

my chart is confusing. I have Medicare and blue cross supplement. However the website led me to pay The 20% copay Which blue cross will pay. When I asked if they could refund the amount The check in person said no that I had to wait until it went through the insurance process and then they would refund the money. I Wish this were clearer on the website

I think the practice is great. The only thing that I have, my biggest complaint is the lab, the lab stinks. The service that you get in the lab is awful, has been for years. I have complained more than once and for some reason nothing ever happens or changes.

I would have canceled my appt. but i needed to talk to someone since WELSTAR doesn't allow phone calls to Dr's. I have been trying to resolve my issues receiving my meds thru my chart (which is not well maintained) the human factor has been eliminated since it was cost saving and loses the effectiveness of their moto of People care. Which I'm really starting to have my doubts about. I don't go to the doctor to buy a car, or a house, or anything else that comes with high-pressure sales people. I don't expect that my doctor is going to be a pill-pusher, either. If I have conditions that are only borderline, don't be so quick and insistent that I need medicines for them. Thanks.
