Only problem is the long wait at the lab. This is not the first time I have waited for a long time . Seems to be an ongoing problem

My doctor, Dr. Shannon, is wonderful. She truly listens to me, takes my concerns seriously, and makes me feel heard and cared for. I really appreciate her, and the lab staff have also been great. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff has been very different. I came in twice last week to have blood drawn, and both times I felt as though I was bothering the front desk staff when I needed assistance. There was a lot of personal conversation and phone use, and I did not feel that patients were being given their full attention. On one of those visits, an error resulted in me waiting about an extra hour. This was especially frustrating because I was fasting for my blood work. What bothered me most was the lack of attentiveness and customer service. When patients are checking in or asking questions, they should feel listened to and acknowledged, not like they are interrupting. I originally considered not returning because of these experiences. However, Dr. Shannon is such a great doctor, and the way she listens and cares for me is the reason I want to continue coming here. I sincerely hope the front desk experience improves because it does not reflect the excellent level of care I receive from my doctor and the lab staff.
