This location needs another lab or a larger one with more employees at one time. There are too many doctors at this practice for there to only be three ladies in the lab at a time. PLEASE consider adding another lab! My appointment was at 11 (the office had to reschedule my original morning appt due to the doc being out of town). It was fasting bloodwork, and I waited until shortly after 12:15 to be called into the lab. That is WAY too long for fasting patients at that hour to wait that long. This is common at this location--I almost always wait at least an hour for lab work. Another waiting patient echoed these same concerns.

I would also like to sincerely thank the laboratory staff. Although the Tuberculosis blood test was not initially available, a phlebotomist took the extra step to obtain it from another lab. I truly appreciate their effort, which allowed me to return the following day to complete the test. Thank you very much for your excellent care and support.
