I was thinking when i arrived i should find another office due to the location and parking. However my patient experience was great and this will be my new physician office. The entire team was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant from walking through the door until the end of my visit. I'm not great with names but the team was amazing. The phlebotomist, who didn't know me actually helped me with parking instructions without prompting as this was my first visit. Just one example of several how this team stepped up to ensure I was receiving the best care and service holistically. As a wellstar employee myself, this team definitely is a reflection of of WellStar's mission values and goals for patient care and service in action. She is pretty much out of my way, but I will be driving the extra mile to go every time. My nurse was amazing as well and made me feel seen and safe. Check out and end was a smooth process and they register treated me kind and was sure I understood the process and next.

My intake was a little odd as after I was weighed and went back into the examination room, I was asked by the nurse what the scale said as if I was supposed to be paying attention and do that work myself.
