Dr Ujjin and his staff are great. But the reorganization in the building, reduction of staff, has adversely impacted the experience. Quest is understaffed for the number of people needing labs.

Great practice. The physician and staff listen to my concerns and inform me of the appropriate treatment plan.

Doctor didn't try to get to the bottom of the problem, keep sending me to specialist and then the specialist sent me back to him. Just back and forth. The front desk took them forever to answer the phone. The Wellstar billing department was terrible, they didn't know what they were doing. The problem is with Wellstar keeping hired the wrong people, they sitting around and be miserable .

The office and doctor were excellent. However, the lab at this location (White Circle) drawing blood for testing was unacceptably slow with wait times exceeding 1hour and 10 minutes. They stated that they were understaffed, with so many doctors ordering blood work at this location there needs to be more technicians drawing blood. Wellstar needs to address this. Thanks
