The lab services at this location is ridiculous. I had to wait exactly an hour today to get blood drawn. The 2 techs are very nice but have no sense of efficiency. They also pause working to just talk. They stopped working today to discuss another patients hair. They also mentioned several times there was a long line for the lab but it didn't inspire them to stop talking. This happens every time I go to this lab in my doctor's location.

I have been a patient of Doctor Ujjin's whenever it was possible for the past 27 years. When I was in the workforce, corporations were always changing insurance plans and providers but whenever possible I would select him. He's a great doctor.

I have been waiting for 55 minutes for bloodwork and several people have been called in front of me. This is unacceptable when I have been fasting and holding a urine sample!!

There is always an issue at the lab at this facility. After my exam, the doctor requires lab work done. In the last year each time there has been a problem: 1st time The computers were down so I went to another lab but they were closed for lunch 2nd time Was told there would be at least an hour wait they were understaffed and I could go to another lab 3rd time Was told the lab was closing early for a staff meeting. There were 7 patients ahead of me, I could wait and possibly get in, wait until after their lunch and staff meeting or go to another lab. When I have been fasting and then told I cannot have labs done it is frustrating, angering and anxiety provoking.

Hi, Dr. Ujjin always looks after me very well. I have no issues with him. But this time I went, the nursing staff were quite, they were not friendly at all, didn't even look at my face, didn't communicate properly, really felt uncomfortable with the approach of the nurse who took me. But again, Dr. Ujjin has been doing good. No complaint. Thank you.

I wanted to say that the front desk personnel was very, very kind. I did not care for the nurse that took me back to see the doctor. Her demeanor comes across rude, which I did not appreciate. She had stated that I wanted to know what my weight was and she told me she would tell me when we got to the room, but it was how she said it, very short. I just didn't care for her. I've been coming to Dr. Ujjin for many years and I still like Dr. Ujjin a lot, but this was the first time that I ever had a problem with the nurse.

He told me I had bronchitis to take the Z-Pak and Mucinex when I went to the pharmacist CVS in Douglassville Georgia. He has not called in my medicine yet. I've been very disappointed now. I've gotta go a whole night without some medicine when I drove over 60 miles or more to come over there if you see this, please tell him to call in my medicine at CVS DOUGLASVILLE, Georgia
