Dr. Ujjin has been our Primary Care physician for many many years and we only pray he never retires. He is professional and has the best table side manner. Everyone in this office is always welcoming and friendly. Thank you for all you do!

I appreciate Dr. Ujjin and his staff. They are all friendly and helpful. One thing though: the lab always seems understaffed and it backs up quickly. I notice clients going in and out of doctor's offices that then sit for twice as long to get labs done. There must be a solution. Once in the lab, the staff is friendly and professional. I just wish there were more technicians to handle the large crowds that gather in line in the lobby.

The visit I had with the doctor, I can't remember how to pronounce his name, it helped me. He gave me a prescription for my illness and I made it in to see a psychiatrist today and I think I'm going to be able to get better. But I appreciate the care that I received that day. Thanks. Bye-bye.

The scheduler was rude , she wouldn't let me book an appointment. She said there were no appointments available. But online shown a lot of appointments were available. I don't understand what wrong with all Wellstar schedulers?! They always have Attitude. They wouldn't want to do their job. They were trying to sent patients away. Wellstar always hired wrong and bad people to work for them.

Frustrating. I called and asked if they could do a TB test (we r an existing patient). Told yes. Scheduled an appointment. Waited. Saw Doc. Skin test was expired at the office. Said they would do a blood test. Went to lab. Waited. Got seated. Told they didn't have the right stuff. Over an hour of time and a paid office visit and left with nothing. Very annoying. Went to minute clinic the next day and done in 46 minutes including drive time both ways.

Labcorp apparently let go several of their people and the lab was backed up over an hour. There were 2 ladies running the lab and while be complained to and people being rude to them... these ladies kept taking care of people with a smile on their face. They were working 10-11 hour days with no breaks and still constantly were happy and kind... I know Labcorp is separate from Wellstar but they are providing a service to Wellstar patients... they definitely deserve to be recognized!
