Extremely good care. WellStar needs to keep the Hospital in Augusta a teaching hospital. As a teaching hospital WellStar will continue to attract bright doctors and staff. Hopefully WellStar will treat its employees better than what Piedmont Augusta is doing

Yes, I have been dealing with this issue that I have that Dr. Deacle looked at for probably 30 years. And, you know, it's gotten to where the point now doctors just turned me away. And I was very impressed that he said that he was going to, you know, pursue it and see if he could find out. So I was very impressed with him. He did a good job.

The receptionists and staff, nurses, etc., are great, super friendly and helpful. Only thing I would say to improve is better Wi-Fi in the rooms. If I'm having to wait, I can work, but it's very difficult to connect. That's it. Thank you.

The entire experience was excellent from checking in until exiting. It was the first time my 8yo was getting blood drawn & the team was able to relax her to where she didn't shed a tear. The f9cyor was very engaging, listened, & professional.

Hello, Dr. Bickel was spot on about one of my prescription medications that I was prescribed by the VA. It was recommended that I stop the medication to allow for the allergy testing. I had my appointment with my doctor today to ask that question about stopping the medication, and for whatever reason, she thought she'd already stopped the medication. So the doctor was spot on. I didn't even need that medication. So I just wanted to say thank you, and I will see you for my allergy testing. Thank you.

The care team and MDs in this clinic are all serious professionals - from the administrative staff to the specialty care providers, especially the nurses, led by Karen Dross. She is one of the best if not the best nurse I have ever been fortunate enough to be treated by. Dr. Bickle is an extremely competent and thoughtful doctor and has significantly improved my health with his involvement in my treatment.
