The receptionists and staff, nurses, etc., are great, super friendly and helpful. Only thing I would say to improve is better Wi-Fi in the rooms. If I'm having to wait, I can work, but it's very difficult to connect. That's it. Thank you.

Hello, Dr. Bickel was spot on about one of my prescription medications that I was prescribed by the VA. It was recommended that I stop the medication to allow for the allergy testing. I had my appointment with my doctor today to ask that question about stopping the medication, and for whatever reason, she thought she'd already stopped the medication. So the doctor was spot on. I didn't even need that medication. So I just wanted to say thank you, and I will see you for my allergy testing. Thank you.

She is one of the best if not the best nurse I have ever been fortunate enough to be treated by. Dr. Bickle is an extremely competent and thoughtful doctor and has significantly improved my health with his involvement in my treatment.
