She's straightforward when communicating with you and telling you step by step what needs to be done, how we're going to get it done, how to get there, ways to improve. I'm very well pleased with her, her service, and for all that she do. And the practice is always neat. They're all polite. They greet you. Just overall great service.

I have totally trusted Dr. Emran for my healthcare for years. Even followed her from Smyrna office to White Circle office. The staff here is incredible. The only area that needs improvement is the lab. I usually dread dealing with these ladies who act like high school students with bad attitudes. Yesterday, however, the lab tech was very nice.

She listens, has answers or finds outs, communicates with her nurses when I had to go to ED and called to check on me the next day.
