Dr. Emran listened to everything I said very nicely and carefully and gave me a suggestion or like, you know, solved my back problem. I told her when I wake up, my back hurts a lot. I cannot even bend down and she asked me about my history, what is there, why is it like that and I explained to her everything and she suggested a solution for that and past three days when I wake up my back doesn't hurt. So that was great, great way listening to me, you know. Like she listened very carefully and then suggested and I like her to be my favorite doctor. Thank you.

Dr. Emran is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She is one of my favorite providers. I had no issues getting an appointment when I needed it. However, the reason I had to make the appointment, was for a medication refill that was mishandled by the front end nurse. Dr. Emran confirmed that I do not need 6 month follow ups, but the nurse would not refill my prescription without being seen. Next time, I know to escalate, but it was not a good use of anyone's time and resources.

Hi, I just wanted to say that I love Y'all's Practice and Dr. Emran. I moved up here about a year and a half ago and I've honestly never had a primary care that I've like felt like listened to me or felt like I was in good hands and I definitely feel like I am at Y'all's Practice. I love Dr. Emran. I like ended up referring my good friend to her, like several of my friends to y'all just because I think we all felt the same that we didn't really feel listened to and I was explaining how your practice did. So thank you guys and yeah, just I look forward to continuing going there.

I'm upset with my visit because I don't feel like my care was taken seriously. I've had symptoms for over a week and when I come to the doctor, she gives me YouTube or Reddit answers when I need actual help.
