Ramona is very intelligent. You ask her questions. She can answer you. She can give you information. She'll print it out for you if you need it. She is an excellent care provider and I would trust her with anyone in my family or any of my friends.

The staff is very efficient. The sad thing about the office is there was only one lab person working today. After I signed in where the room was full she proceeded to announce only the one signed in would be seen and if any others showed up she was closing down for 2 hours or they could go to Paulding Hospital Lab. The patient was prepared to be mean after waiting over an hour but she was so nice I waited and spoke with the Manager about it. This office is very efficient from the front to the back . I love Wellstar which I retired from and not the excellence I am accustomed to. Please assess the Lab operations.

I am very happy with Wellstar and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The doctor's communicate with each other about my health condition. The only problem that I have experienced is the lab. There are very few locations that will check for blood work. And they are under staff at the whitcher street location.

Every year I take my kids to see Ramona, each year she remembers them, whether she doesn't remember their name, but she remembers anything that is related to them. And that's always a plus for me because that means I know that she cares for the well-being of my children. Every year she educates them on something different. She talks to them on the importance of taking care of themselves. And always encourage me and tell me how much of a great mom I am. And I really, really appreciate that. I've never, ever had that from any other family practice doctor that I've seen in the past. Never, ever have I had that. So I appreciate that the most about her.
