She answered every question that I had and gave me excellent, excellent customer service and any concerns that I had and have, she answered without hesitation and accurately and even for additional care that I can utilize in maintaining my health. So that is why I continue to use this WellSTAR. It's been just excellent for my health care and I can't thank them enough.

The staff is very efficient. The sad thing about the office is there was only one lab person working today. After I signed in where the room was full she proceeded to announce only the one signed in would be seen and if any others showed up she was closing down for 2 hours or they could go to Paulding Hospital Lab. The patient was prepared to be mean after waiting over an hour but she was so nice I waited and spoke with the Manager about it. This office is very efficient from the front to the back . I love Wellstar which I retired from and not the excellence I am accustomed to. Please assess the Lab operations.

There are very few locations that will check for blood work. And they are under staff at the whitcher street location.
