I love Ramona and she will be greatly missed but wish her well on her retirement! The office prices are horrible! People like me can't afford private insurance and self pay is through the roof crazy!

I complemented Ramona and her nurse. I told them I trust them and I feel they have my best interest at hand. At the front desk I was waited on as soon as I walked in and didn't have to sign in or wait to be called. "TODAY WAS A VERY GOOD DAY"

I waited over 1/2 hour to be served after my visit at the in-house lab. When I went to complain was told the these was only one person working. If you are going to provide in-house lab work, you should make sure there is enough personnel to man it.
