When we got to the hospital it was on lockdown so we weren't able to get in. Later we found out it was a drill. The guard was standing at the door not letting anybody was very nice

Provider said that my diagnosis was "differential" even though it is stated in my chart (by another provider). Provider said there were "no side effects" to medication prescribed which is incorrect.
