Even when the connection was lost she did not just leave and move on to the next patient, she waited till the connection resumed again. She gave me all the information I needed and even more. Educated me on everything. Very lengthy discussion. Appreciate Dr. Leslie Chiang for how she answered my question. Wellstar Dekalb has some good and caring providers. This was my first ever telehealth visit and I really liked it because of the great experience.

My appointment had been set up as a refill, but she was able to rearrange her schedule, taking time out of her day. I think she had appointments and meetings off campus, and she kept me and answered my questions and did full lab evaluation. So very, very appreciative to the professionalism and the conscientiousness of her care. Very thorough, methodical, which I really appreciate it. Very good.

She was at the Griffin office, and I had a choice to stay there or follow her to the cab office. And I wasn't going to stay at Griffin. I had to follow her wherever she go. If she goes to Alpharetta or Savannah, I'm going to speak with Dr. Chiang. She's the best. She's patient. She listens to you. She understands, and she's concerned. about your well-being. I love her and I love her. I wish more doctors was like her.

Dr. Chiang was very accommodating, very professional, and very expeditious in getting me in. My appointment had been set up as a refill, but she was able to rearrange her schedule, taking time out of her day. I think she had appointments and meetings off campus, and she kept me and answered my questions and did full lab evaluation. So very, very appreciative to the professionalism and the conscientiousness of her care. Very thorough, methodical, which I really appreciate it. Very good.

This is my first time meeting Dr. Chiang she was empathetic., respectful and very thorough. Even when the connection was lost she did not just leave and move on to the next patient, she waited till the connection resumed again. She gave me all the information I needed and even more. Educated me on everything. Very lengthy discussion. Appreciate Dr. Leslie Chiang for how she answered my question. Wellstar Dekalb has some good and caring providers. This was my first ever telehealth visit and I really liked it because of the great experience.

I would like to say the medical assistant, her name is Charlotte. She was a godsend. I was going through an issue and she was so patient and so kind and just talked with me like a family member. She was so sweet and kind. Dr. Chiang also was very knowledgeable and spoke with me as a family member. And we came up with a plan and I'm following it. I'm already feeling better. Both of them are wonderful, both Charlotte and Dr. Chiang. Thank you.

Dr. Chiang is always very reassuring. She listens and I also get the feeling sometimes that the relationship between patient and doctor is collaborative rather than adversarial, which I've brought it to in the past. I'd recommend her very highly.
