The experience with the doctor was fine. However, my appointment day and time was changed without notice. No explanation as to why I was not notified was available. This had happen to me twice and my wife once. Apparently as appointments are just changed at whim and it's a "take it or leave it" situation. I only found out about the change a few days before when I received a "check in" message. I had to reschedule two appointments in order to keep this one. It's very unprofessional, not to say rude and uncaring for a patient.

The MA Hannah was extremely friendly and goes out of her way to help folks. She been the medical assistant my last few visits and is always friendly, respectful and helpful. And of course Lauren George is and has always been great. She is very knowledgeable and patient.
