Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. The young lady that checked me in was very polite, even about collecting the copay. The medical assistant (Adrianne? I think) was very helpful and considerate. No long wait times or anything to even possibly complain about!

Yes, the visit with Lauren George went very well. She was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and took care of everything. And I would definitely, when needed, would be going back to her in Akin instead of having to go to Wellstar and Augusta. But when I go to Augusta, I see Dr. Potter. But I understand it. Lauren trained under Dr. Potter, so from what I saw, he was very qualified. Thank you.

I feel that your practice of charging minimum of $100.00 to remove up to 5 skin tags is very expensive. If I only have 1 to be frozen I would be required to pay the full $100.00
