My appointment was at 7:45 am. I received a text message to arrive at 7:30 which I did the office door was locked even though someone was sitting in the office. An employee arrived shortly after and said the doors don't open until 7:45. PLEASE DO NOT TELL PATIENTS TO SHOW UP EARLY WHEN THEY DONT OPEN UNTIL 7:45. It was 33 degrees this morning and I sat in my car until the doors opened!!

I having been going to this practice before it was part of Wellstar. I continue to go because the care is excellent. I very much dislike the Wellstar organization. Wellstar is disorganized and and self serving organization who doesn't care about the patients only the bottom line.
