Sarah, Ivory, Ben, as well as Dr. Boren were incredibly settling to work with, especially after not visiting a doctor's office in the last 20 years! Seriously, I was kind of anxious about it all, but Dr. Boren and her staff made everything professional and comforting.

My very 1st time at this place. They were wonderful. Front office staff was very pleasant and friendly. The Assistant(Olivia) that took my vitals before seeing the Dr was so sweet. Meeting Dr Boren made me feel comfortable She was patient understanding and kind. Took interest in my issues and wanted to help me find out what was going on with me. I'm glad I went there.

Yeah, I had a specific topic I wanted to discuss with the provider that didn't really get addressed at all. And I felt like the doctor I saw was really looking to write me a prescription and get me out of there. I didn't feel like she listened to what I had to say or my input and just wasn't interested. And I felt just sort of moved along.

I should have been contacted prior to visit to tell me I needed to have blood work done. Nurse told me she called 2 days prior but NO MESSAGE LEFT!!! Now have to go to different location for blood work. Next step unknown?

I paid to be seen for service but was not provided any and was told I would need to buy a third party test unit that isn't covered by insurance. This was a complete waste of time and money.

I thought it was just me but after we left the office my husband said that was the quickest most rushed doctor visit I have ever experienced. We feel what was discussed could have been handled in a phone call or an email. I was only referred to another doctor and told this office could not help me.
