Total failure at time management. Went to get several lab test drawn. Only 3 vials were taken. I double checked with the nurse to make sure the PSA , which was most important was being tested. She said the nurse practitioner just sent for that particular test. I asked if she needed to take another sample and she said no. I've gotten several results back but no PSA.

They were unorganized when I got there. They actually cancelled my appointment that I made for a couple months ahead I had to see a nurse practitioner instead of seeing a doctor. The nurse practitioner forgot to put in two prescriptions. I had to call back the next day for them to call in my prescription. Then when I had to draw blood, they stuck me once and she couldn't find the vein so they wanted to stick me again and I have issues with them sticking me twice.
