The wait time was excessive, almost 3 hours, although they gave me the option of calling them 20 minutes before my appointment so I could do other things. It seems like too long, especially if you're really feeling unwell. And well, I haven't finished the treatment yet, although I've improved. We'll see what the results are like; I'll be fully recovered by the time I finish.

Had over a 3 hour wait in the waiting room that was not crowded. There appeared to be 4-5 people waiting ahead of me and still took 3 hours to see the doctor. My doctor (Booker) was very helpful but the 3 hour wait is unacceptable.

Dr. Karla Booker was superb! She quickly diagnosed me with BPPV and even provided some physical treatment along with medications. I felt extremely fortunate to have her care for me. The rest of the team were also equally caring and kind. Checked in on me frequently. I was frightened when I arrived, but left feeling confident in the doctors diagnosis and treatment. Thank you!!!

Good overall experience. Nurse & Doctor explained problem and offered solution. Had I needed an X Ray the nurse walked me thru the procedure, but it turned out not to be needed. I was seen quickly and care given promptly.

I waited an extremely long time from the time I arrived to the time that I was called back and then another tremendous delay in getting, in just sending me to the x-ray, and then waiting, I believe, unnecessarily for it to be read by a technician because the doctor just had to look at it and make some immediate determination because we waited another hour just for that and we still didn't get it before, get that result. But the doctor was kind enough to call and let me know that everything was all right. And she initially, well, when we were still there, said that after an hour wait, said that as far as she could tell, everything was fine. But the doctor was superb. I think the system was lacking a little bit that day I was there. Bye now.

It took forever to see the doctor and I had an appointment made ahead of time- 2 people ahead of me and 1 1/2 wait is unacceptable but that the "care" we get in US: so sad

I made an appt online. Once checked in said it would be 49 min. No explanation of why. We actually waited for 2 hours. No one offered explanation at any point or apologized for wait. Dr spent maybe 5 min and only looked at one issue. Had to remind her to check rest of symptoms. This led to realizing child had further issues that needed additional meds. Was dissatisfied with service at this location.

She showed appreciation for us as parents while educating us on how best to care for our son after his accident. So grateful for her!
