I waited 30+ minutes to see the doctor. Doctor was only in for a few minutes to confirm diagnosis that I had already made. Did not offer to do simple procedure that is typically recommended for this diagnosis. Doctor provided a referral to another doctor in the Wellstar system. I was told that doctor referred did not perform this type of medicine when I called her office to make an appointment. I have not had these types of issues in the past at this facility. So, I am hoping that this was just an anomaly.

Miserable experience! The wait was over an hour and I had made an appt. When Dr. Booker finally came into my room with a trainee, they laughed the entire time. They never looked at my foot but handed me a piece of paper with a number to call for x-rays. I called the number and after giving all my information again just to make an appt. for an x-ray, was told I would have to pay out-of-pocket. I just walked out! I will think twice about ever going to this urgent care!!!!!!!
