Everyone I spoke to and who assisted me did a fabulous job. Courteous, professional, and genuinely caring.I did not have to wait long because I just happen to get lucky and arrived during a time that was not very busy, which has not happened to me before. I felt very confident when I left that I got the right diagnosis and treatment plan and follow up information.

The fact that I had the diagnosis at all spoke to the thoroughness of Dr. Booker to the point to where I wish I was close by to have Dr. Booker as my consistent practitioner or doctor.

Everyone that I dealt with that day was absolutely fantastic. My only complaint is the way that you have to pay for your technician or pay for your ultrasound, which is what I had. I had someone call me while I was in the exam room, lying down to have an exam, and I had to process a credit card at that moment for a payment that I wasn't sure was even correct while I was in a position of getting it looked at by the doctor, which was completely inappropriate. The doctor even said that. I was not thrilled with that, and I think that process is poorly done and should be reviewed. And I'm still kind of questioning whether I paid the right amount for my ultrasound. That would be my only complaint. Everyone else, doctors and nurses and the front desk staff were absolutely amazing and I was very appreciative to all of them. Thank you very much.
