It was a long wait. I was comfortable and patient. From entering and leaving I was there 3 hours. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely helpful and friendly.

Miserable experience! The wait was over an hour and I had made an appt. When Dr. Booker finally came into my room with a trainee, they laughed the entire time. They never looked at my foot but handed me a piece of paper with a number to call for x-rays. I called the number and after giving all my information again just to make an appt. for an x-ray, was told I would have to pay out-of-pocket. I just walked out! I will think twice about ever going to this urgent care!!!!!!!
