Overall, my experience was very good. I made an appointment online, which was great and helped minimize the actual wait time. Dr. Booker was very professional and caring. She listened to my concerns, addressed them thoroughly, and developed a clear plan of action. She ordered X-rays, and reviewed the results with me once they were completed. The X-ray technician was extremely compassionate and caring as well. She took the time to explain the process and provided additional assistance to ensure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. As a healthcare provider myself, I could genuinely recognize that the care she provided was sincere and patient-centered.

Hi, so I think I had the best experience I ever had with Dr. Karla Booker and the nurse on staff. I do not remember her name. I have been, you know, pushed to the side for any of my symptoms, but Dr. Karla came close to me, was very caring, very positive, very happy, and something that would have been a very stressful and saddening experience turned into a very joyful and positive experience, although the diagnosis wasn't something expected or positive. The fact that I had the diagnosis at all spoke to the thoroughness of Dr. Booker to the point to where I wish I was close by to have Dr. Booker as my consistent practitioner or doctor.

Everyone that I dealt with that day was absolutely fantastic. My only complaint is the way that you have to pay for your technician or pay for your ultrasound, which is what I had. I had someone call me while I was in the exam room, lying down to have an exam, and I had to process a credit card at that moment for a payment that I wasn't sure was even correct while I was in a position of getting it looked at by the doctor, which was completely inappropriate. The doctor even said that. I was not thrilled with that, and I think that process is poorly done and should be reviewed. And I'm still kind of questioning whether I paid the right amount for my ultrasound. That would be my only complaint. Everyone else, doctors and nurses and the front desk staff were absolutely amazing and I was very appreciative to all of them. Thank you very much.

It was a terrible experience. The physician was rude, careless and the only thing she wanted was to get rid of me. She sent me to the emergency room without actually doing a detailed check up. She was only emphasizing that I cannot drive alone even though I came alone. She made absolutely no effort to help, showed no compassion. Terrible experience

I was there for over 4 hours. I was cold & hungry and had no idea when the results counprofessional. Gave me a few crackers and some apple juice that they had found. It seemed that they were very understaffed. They were compassionate but as a whole behaved unprofessionally.

I came into the emergency room in extreme pain. I had fallen. It turns out I broke my wrist in several places. I couldn't even get my shoes on the reception. Woman brought me slippers and put them on for me. Everyone was so caring and moved me through the process quickly. I really appreciate the love and care I got

I felt the visit focused more on prescribing medications than on assessing my actual symptoms, and I would have appreciated clearer communication and education about the bite and less on what I was wearing.

I waited 30+ minutes to see the doctor. Doctor was only in for a few minutes to confirm diagnosis that I had already made. Did not offer to do simple procedure that is typically recommended for this diagnosis. Doctor provided a referral to another doctor in the Wellstar system. I was told that doctor referred did not perform this type of medicine when I called her office to make an appointment. I have not had these types of issues in the past at this facility. So, I am hoping that this was just an anomaly.

Hi, so I think I had the best experience I ever had with Dr. Karla Booker and the nurse on staff. I do not remember her name. I have been, you know, pushed to the side for any of my symptoms, but Dr. Karla came close to me, was very caring, very positive, very happy, and something that would have been a very stressful and saddening experience turned into a very joyful and positive experience, although the diagnosis wasn't something expected or positive. The fact that I had the diagnosis at all spoke to the thoroughness of Dr. Booker to the point to where I wish I was close by to have Dr. Booker as my consistent practitioner or doctor.
