The wait was about 90 minutes. I am wondering about the level of staffing and whether it is sufficient. There was no working screen showing names / wait times. Dr. Booker is amazingly positive and cheerful - yay!

It took forever to see the doctor and I had an appointment made ahead of time- 2 people ahead of me and 1 1/2 wait is unacceptable but that the "care" we get in US: so sad

I made an appt online. Once checked in said it would be 49 min. No explanation of why. We actually waited for 2 hours. No one offered explanation at any point or apologized for wait. Dr spent maybe 5 min and only looked at one issue. Had to remind her to check rest of symptoms. This led to realizing child had further issues that needed additional meds. Was dissatisfied with service at this location.

Visit was a complete waste of time and money. The doctor did not make any attempt to physically diagnose the issue. Based on our verbal description, she just said to make an appointment with Orthepedics.

Dr Booker was wonderful. She truly cared about my son and swiftly helped determine whether he was in danger or if he was going to be ok. Her bedside manner was excellent. She showed appreciation for us as parents while educating us on how best to care for our son after his accident. So grateful for her!

Dr. Booker is one of the best doctors Iv ever seen. I have seen her twice at the urgent care and both times she went above and beyond expectations! She really cares about the patients she sees. I went in to see her because of a migraine and she ran every test needed to make sure it was just a migraine and even made me a appointment with my PCP before I left so that he would adjust my B/P medication. She truly is one of the few doctors left that go above and beyond!!!

I was very impressed with Dr. Booker. She was very friendly and professional. She made sure that I was in good condition before she released me from the facility. She prescribed great meds which I picked up right away and started my healing.
