I was there for over 4 hours. I was cold & hungry and had no idea when the results counprofessional. Gave me a few crackers and some apple juice that they had found. It seemed that they were very understaffed. They were compassionate but as a whole behaved unprofessionally.

I came into the emergency room in extreme pain. I had fallen. It turns out I broke my wrist in several places. I couldn't even get my shoes on the reception. Woman brought me slippers and put them on for me. Everyone was so caring and moved me through the process quickly. I really appreciate the love and care I got

I felt the visit focused more on prescribing medications than on assessing my actual symptoms, and I would have appreciated clearer communication and education about the bite and less on what I was wearing.

I waited 30+ minutes to see the doctor. Doctor was only in for a few minutes to confirm diagnosis that I had already made. Did not offer to do simple procedure that is typically recommended for this diagnosis. Doctor provided a referral to another doctor in the Wellstar system. I was told that doctor referred did not perform this type of medicine when I called her office to make an appointment. I have not had these types of issues in the past at this facility. So, I am hoping that this was just an anomaly.

Miserable experience! The wait was over an hour and I had made an appt. When Dr. Booker finally came into my room with a trainee, they laughed the entire time. They never looked at my foot but handed me a piece of paper with a number to call for x-rays. I called the number and after giving all my information again just to make an appt. for an x-ray, was told I would have to pay out-of-pocket. I just walked out! I will think twice about ever going to this urgent care!!!!!!!
