I found the doctor in super hurry not much interested in listening to me spent about 5 mins . Rest of the staff were good

Although I completely understand nursing students need experience, I would have preferred to have been asked beforehand instead of my assumed approval. As with all of my previous experiences with nursing students, this one was no better. The student did not install the needle correctly and after the iv solution was hooked up, it would completely stop. The nurses tried to prop up the tubing with tape. A few minutes later, they came in and removed the tape and installed sponges under the tubing and taped that down. In order to keep the fluid flowing, I spent close to an hour or keeping an eye on the flow and pulling the tubing back so that the fluid would flow. I would have preferred to let the nurse know privately, instead of a roomful of staff and the nursing student that I did not wish to have a student nurse

Yes, to improve that I was stung by a bean. I need to be seen right away, but I had to wait in the waiting room for 15 minutes behind some other people, and so I think I should have been triaged. And then otherwise, they did a good job.

I went to the East Cobb Health Park location in Marietta, Georgia. My visit there was exceptionally wonderful. I was ill and my concerns were taken very seriously. Everyone I spoke to and who assisted me did a fabulous job. Courteous, professional, and genuinely caring.I did not have to wait long because I just happen to get lucky and arrived during a time that was not very busy, which has not happened to me before. I felt very confident when I left that I got the right diagnosis and treatment plan and follow up information.

Overall, my experience was very good. I made an appointment online, which was great and helped minimize the actual wait time. Dr. Booker was very professional and caring. She listened to my concerns, addressed them thoroughly, and developed a clear plan of action. She ordered X-rays, and reviewed the results with me once they were completed. The X-ray technician was extremely compassionate and caring as well. She took the time to explain the process and provided additional assistance to ensure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. As a healthcare provider myself, I could genuinely recognize that the care she provided was sincere and patient-centered.
