The nurse team was really great. Really felt like I was at home. All the nurses were really nice and really made me feel better. The doctor, I think it was Booker, who helped me was really nice as well. So yeah, definitely recommend.

Waited an hour to be brought back - totally ok things get busy. Once in my room, I waited at least 30 minutes to be seen and when I was, the Doctors goal was to convince me to not get my X-Ray at Wellstar. She left the room laughing and telling the nurses how she talked me out of it and they should thank her. Unprofessional and rude behavior

This visit was not a good idea . With insurance coverage I was still charged $300 plus. I already had some medication from previous situation to get better. Nothing else was done to make this high payment charges.. Not to mention they left me in the office waiting until it's their time to go home. No proscription or anything else if I get sick again

It was excellent. I did not know this existed. I am so glad. The doctor and nurses very nice and X-ray assistant also. And the information they gave was precisely what I thought was going on with me. Dr Booker is an absolute asset !!! I don't think I have had a doctor in the past 40 years that has such good bedside mannerism and concern for their patients!!! This one doesn't do it for money... she really loves what she does. she even called me back to check on me!!! Unheard of from any doctor office or hospital!!! Not even my specialist does this!!! Amazing doctor!!!

Nurses Sherri, Christine and Kristina, as well as Dr. Booker were one of the most professional, kind, gentle and caring people I have ever encountered in a similar situation. They eased my concerns , and did everything possible to make me comfortable. I would even say went above and beyond and I am grateful for them. On the less positive side, the check in kiosk was not my favorite. There was actually nobody in the waiting room yet we were told to turn around in the wheelchair and sign in on the kiosk, which by the way was full of fingerprints, dirty, and after the fact, I figured I should've asked for someone to wipe it and I should've asked for some thing to clean my hands. Definitely a concern when it comes to germs.

He was afraid but her experience and efficiency made him comfortable and the process quick. The doctor was also amazing! She had a caring and bright spirit. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone and very grateful they are a part of our East Cobb community!

I was forced to sit in the room for almost two hours before I was told that I need to have an x-ray. And it took another hour before they came and told me what the results of the x-ray was. The place was not busy. I was actually taken back to the examination room probably within 10 minutes, but then was there for close to two hours before any action was taken. and before I saw a doctor was closer to three hours.

The staff were very professional. And Angela was the nurse that took care of me. And she was absolutely wonderful. at doing everything in her profession to help me and also to be kind. And Dr. Booker was the doctor that took care of me and she knew what to do and also had me have a CT scan and told me exactly what I needed to do to get better.

They were able to ease his concerns and explained everything they were going to do before they touched his foot. I cannot express my gratitude enough. They were all amazing!

I was forced to sit in the room for almost two hours before I was told that I need to have an x-ray. And it took another hour before they came and told me what the results of the x-ray was. The place was not busy. I was actually taken back to the examination room probably within 10 minutes, but then was there for close to two hours before any action was taken. and before I saw a doctor was closer to three hours.

Everyone that I dealt with at Urgent Care on Saturday was very kind, first of all, because I was sick. And they did their utmost to make me comfortable there and also take care of me. The staff were very professional. And Angela was the nurse that took care of me. And she was absolutely wonderful. at doing everything in her profession to help me and also to be kind. And Dr. Booker was the doctor that took care of me and she knew what to do and also had me have a CT scan and told me exactly what I needed to do to get better.

The nurse, I believe her name was Angela, was absolutely amazing. (She is Kenyan if that is not her name.) She was very patient and efficient with my son while getting his swabs for testing. He was afraid but her experience and efficiency made him comfortable and the process quick. The doctor was also amazing! She had a caring and bright spirit. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone and very grateful they are a part of our East Cobb community!

Nurses Sherri, Christine and Kristina, as well as Dr. Booker were one of the most professional, kind, gentle and caring people I have ever encountered in a similar situation. They eased my concerns , and did everything possible to make me comfortable. I would even say went above and beyond and I am grateful for them. On the less positive side, the check in kiosk was not my favorite. There was actually nobody in the waiting room yet we were told to turn around in the wheelchair and sign in on the kiosk, which by the way was full of fingerprints, dirty, and after the fact, I figured I should've asked for someone to wipe it and I should've asked for some thing to clean my hands. Definitely a concern when it comes to germs.

Dr Booker is an absolute asset !!! I don't think I have had a doctor in the past 40 years that has such good bedside mannerism and concern for their patients!!! This one doesn't do it for money... she really loves what she does. she even called me back to check on me!!! Unheard of from any doctor office or hospital!!! Not even my specialist does this!!! Amazing doctor!!!

It was excellent. I did not know this existed. I am so glad. The doctor and nurses very nice and X-ray assistant also. And the information they gave was precisely what I thought was going on with me. Thank you. Sometime times something happens to you and it's small. I had a sore that didn't heal. Finally it did months after. I could have gone here I am sure and it would have healed earlier. Thank you again.

This visit was not a good idea . With insurance coverage I was still charged $300 plus. I already had some medication from previous situation to get better. Nothing else was done to make this high payment charges.. Not to mention they left me in the office waiting until it's their time to go home. No proscription or anything else if I get sick again

Waited an hour to be brought back - totally ok things get busy. Once in my room, I waited at least 30 minutes to be seen and when I was, the Doctors goal was to convince me to not get my X-Ray at Wellstar. She left the room laughing and telling the nurses how she talked me out of it and they should thank her. Unprofessional and rude behavior

The nurse team was really great. Really felt like I was at home. All the nurses were really nice and really made me feel better. The doctor, I think it was Booker, who helped me was really nice as well. So yeah, definitely recommend.
