I dom't understand why so many labs. Every year when i come i do labs and then in 6 months we talk about doing labs again. Why not get everything you need out of the first lab. How is my primary my PCP but cant prescribe weight loss medication or pain meds without you being diabetic. Or wirhput you having to seen a specialist to get pain meds. The PCP use to be thr ome stop unless it was something bad enough where they had to refer you elsewhere.

Doctor Verma has been truly amazing throughout my medical journey. After being dismissed by doctors in the past and made to feel like my symptoms were simply anxiety, having a doctor who actually listens, believes me, and takes my concerns seriously has meant more than I can put into words. He has continued looking for answers, advocating for me, and supporting me even when things have been complicated and we haven't had all the answers yet. I'm incredibly grateful to have a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and never makes me feel like I'm just another number. He has made me feel heard, believed, and cared for when I needed it most. I truly couldn't ask for a better primary care doctor.

I feel confident in the treatment decisions he made and trust him with my healthcare needs. I also want to mention Susanne Carter, NP, whom I saw two weeks ago. I did not have an opportunity to provide feedback after that visit, but I feel exactly the same way about her. She was caring, professional, and took the time to address my concerns thoroughly. Both Dr. Verma and Susanne Carter are excellent medical providers, and I am very happy to have established care with them. Their compassion, professionalism, and commitment to their patients are evident. The entire staff was wonderful start to finish. Denise was our nurse and she was thorough and a pleasure to be around - made both my husband and I feel comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised they were equipped to complete bloodwork in office, it was easy and painless - thank you Toni - best blood sample I've had to date. Dr Verma is awesome and his goal is to find solutions to fix the problem (which is how all doctors should be) instead of just medicating symptoms. My husband had his appointment directly after mine and he stated he was also well please with Dr. Verma and the entire staff!
