Dr. Jennifer Herbert has been my primary care doctor for over 10 years. I would follow her wherever she went. She is over the top, excellent, and should be valued as much as I value her as my primary care doctor. I appreciate everything she does, the time she takes, which is quality, and her knowledge base as well. And as an RN, Often I can be difficult and challenging, but she is up for the task and does an excellent job. Thank you.

Really love how Dr. Herbert listened to me and helped make a plan for treatment of my issues. After having gone through several providers previously and being disappointed, having someone so kind who listened and didn't act like what I was describing was normal, I was so so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful she was.

Stop charging a facility fee when you go see a doctor. It is not in an out patient setting it is a physicians office. My free annual visit will now cost me because the facility fee goes to my deductible.

Yes, the only thing I have an issue with is there's no privacy when you're checking in at the counter. People standing right behind me while I'm giving my insurance card or paying for my visit or discussing anything that I think is private. I feel like the patient privacy of what I'm there for or what I'm discussing or whatever I need to check in with, doing with them or my health insurance or whatever, it should not be a person standing right behind me. There needs to be a window or a counter or somehow that another patient checking in shouldn't be behind me hearing whatever I'm doing. That is my feedback.
