Awesome office staff!!! My issue is with Wellstars billing practice of sending me an estimate and asking for pre payment without taking my insurance into account. But later send an update with only asking for a copay, all before services rendered. How many people prepay the original statement????? I pay when I get to the office visit just like I have for years. And just so I am clear. Dr Herbert and her office are AWESOME, no plans to change unless he does.

I went through a tragic loss of my son along with several health issues, she has been so very caring and helpful. The office staff is do kind as well. I also appreciate the promptness in responses if I hade to message them.
