Ps.... If this survey is about my doctor and her team, this survey is 100% accurate with a 10 out of 10. But if this survey is about WellStar, this survey will be 2 out of 10!!! Love my doctor but I don't like how WellStar handles business or the new way they tag me with ridiculous wristband as if I'm about to go into surgery and the hospital!!! This is just an office visit. WellStar is doing WAY much for a simple GP doctors office

Well, I was with Dr. Herbert for many years and then my insurance was saying I had to get a different provider for the way that they do things. But I left the other provider and came back to her about three or four years ago and I will not leave now if I have to pay on my own because she is a very thorough doctor. She's caring and she knows what she know. So I need a doctor that I can talk to and that I believe in and she is that doctor for me. I appreciate her. And I think you have an asset to your staff by having her. So don't go doing anything foolish. Thank you.

Dr. Herbert, the receptionist who checked me in, and the CMA who took down all my vitals were absolutely wonderful. When I was going to leave, I asked if I could schedule my next yearly appointment, and the lady seemed bothered to schedule my appointment with me. That was the only issue I had, but I did get it scheduled for next year. Thank you.

When we arrived, my husband was concerned and worried and his health was a problem. And after speaking with Dr. Herbert, he understood better the situation and he and she agreed that they would work together and she made some suggestions that he decided he would implement and that made a big difference and I sure do appreciate her being available. Thank you.
