Dr. Takeda is an excellent doctor. He explained everything to me. He listened to me. He's a great provider. He's the best doctor I've ever had. Amazing experience with him. Now, with these nurses that did my pre-authorization, I have an issue. So I've been calling back and forth for six months trying to get my prior authorization correct. My insurance accepts the medicine, but they keep saying my provider has done a poor job with the prior authorization. My insurance provided a phone number for the person who did my authorization to call. They said they called it. My insurance company says no, nobody called them. So I was okay. And then when I called again for the nurses to do my prior authorization, they said they couldn't help me. They said it was too difficult for them to do the form. I know my insurance allows this medication because my coworkers are prescribed the same medication. It's an issue with them correctly filling out the prior authorization and putting all their information. And they literally said we can't help you. We can't like.

Dr. Takeda is a good doctor. But the office wait is very long every time I go, 45 min to nearly an hour. The staff is friendly and professional, just the wait is long, I'm in a wheelchair, so my husband has to take the time off work to take me.
