Everyone was was pleasant and helpful from the time I arrived to the time I left the office. Dr PABBATHI was wonderful and very thorough and explained the results of my bloodwork which turned out not to be a serious matter.

I wonder why the doctors keep changing, but Dr. Pabbathi was lovely, kind , efficient and professional. The same thing (docs changing) happens at AYLO.

Customer service was great. My wait time was awful. I was there over an hour and had to go out and find out when the doctor was coming in when I initially was told that I was next. And the doctor that came in was not the original doctor I had my appointment with. I guess he's no longer there. This doctor didn't seem to know anything about my case. Had to read everything from the paper while sitting in the office and then facts that were on the paper were not accurate. Just overall not happy this go-round. Thank you.
