The process of using Teladoc, I think, can work, but in this instance, it was over a half hour late, so I was online waiting. Once I got connected to the doctor, who I do trust, and she did give good information, we couldn't see each other. So the technology failed. She could see me, but I could not see her. So in essence, the process can work. It did not work well for us, but once I got to talk to her, it was fine. And I think we just have to work through those technical glitches and that wait time was really hard to kind of go through. So that's my feedback, but I do like Dr. Mohammad very much. She was very knowledgeable. Thank you.

I liked Dr. Mohammad. She was very knowledgeable and she listened well. What I didn't like about the practice is their scheduling. They're obviously over scheduling because it took over 40 minutes once I was in a room to see the doctor and that's just not a show of respect for your patient's time.

The doctor was fabulous. The nurses treated us with great kindness. They went above and beyond the medical aspect and were very attentive to my mother's needs. She's 100 years old and has already received the best medical care.

I look forward to coming even if it is just once a year! I love my Dr and all the staff but I need to give an extra shout out to the wonderful woman who took my labs! It was the least painful and best experience of my entire life! We had a nice little laugh together before she started and then I hardly felt a thing!! I recommend this team to anyone looking for a PCP!
