The wait time we experienced for someone who was actively bleeding for the entire visit and was in lots of pain was baffling, we arrived around 7-8 and didn't leave until after the facility closed at 10:45.

Providers were caring, and showed real concern for me, my pain, and my wellbeing. Amazing experience, awesome bed side manners, overall, one of the best care teams I've ever had!

the wait to not only get back to a room but to be seen by the provider was exceedingly long and frustrating. I feel i did not get much resolution on the issue i came in for either. I can say for a fact, though that the wait was unusually long because whenever I have gone to the Paulding urgent care location, the wait time overall is cut in half and I do not recall ever having to wait 45 minutes for x-ray results. therefore, the wait being 45 minutes at this location makes little sense to me. I chose to not get an x-ray for that reason along with knowing I would be getting one the next day and that I'd be waiting 10 minutes max for it.

I had a an appt for 5:40 be there at 5:20 , I was there at 5:15 signed in with the front desk and paid, was told someone would be with me shortly. I was not told to go back until 6:25 & then still had to wait until 7 for the dr to see me. Why even have an appt if I was going to have to wait 1 1/2 anyways. It was not a busy afternoon. I was also greeted by a vary unfriendly nurse when I first walked into the building. While I was waiting a nurse called my name which happened to be the same as another pt I did not know that and with me having an appt I thought it may be for me. I said that is my name she looked at me as if I had a problem , and then said last name is such and such, I apologized and she was still rude. I have never had an issue with this location before in fact I always recommend this location. However after my experience last night I may think differently.

Very short wait time in the main waiting area. Once back in the exam room I was told approximately how long until I would be taken for xray and also how long to get the results. Both times were much shorter than anticipated. My foot was examined and they told me exactly what to do and offered recommendations. They also put in my file an orthopedic doctor in case I wanted to see one in the future should my foot/ankle not heal properly
