The wait was way too long and the nurse practitioner was apologetic, but he seemed like he was too new, like it was over his head, like he didn't really know what he was talking about and he just seemed very inexperienced.

The computer did not take my check in. There is a known problem of how its display is confusing. I was only told to press registration which I did. This created a 30 minute delay. After I had arrived the 15 minutes eat and multiple people went ahead of me. The nurse practitioner Erick Domingues was was very good at getting my problems solved in a nice, caring professional manner. He gets a 10 !

The doctor and nurse were incredibly caring. I had to have a pelvic exam and the nurse could see I was nervous and a bit uncomfortable. She asked if she could hold my hand and i held her hand through the procedure. She proceeded to ask what I had going on this weekend. And we had a whole conversation about my son's 13 birthday party that I was planning. Totally took my mind off the exam. That has to be the MOST caring thing I've experienced. The doctor communicated through the whole process to ensure i understood everything. 5-star!!!!

He was extremely attentive to my symptoms and concerns and took the time to perform a thorough assessment to make sure it was safe for me to leave. He is incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the visit, he repeatedly made sure I knew exactly what warning signs to watch for and what to do if my symptoms worsened, which gave me a great deal of confidence and reassurance. I left my appointment very impressed with both his clinical knowledge and his compassion. Erick has all the qualities of an excellent physician, and I sincerely hope to see him become an MD one day. It is a goal that is truly well deserved. Thank you for providing such exceptional care.

The wait time we experienced for someone who was actively bleeding for the entire visit and was in lots of pain was baffling, we arrived around 7-8 and didn't leave until after the facility closed at 10:45.

the wait to not only get back to a room but to be seen by the provider was exceedingly long and frustrating. I feel i did not get much resolution on the issue i came in for either. I can say for a fact, though that the wait was unusually long because whenever I have gone to the Paulding urgent care location, the wait time overall is cut in half and I do not recall ever having to wait 45 minutes for x-ray results. therefore, the wait being 45 minutes at this location makes little sense to me. I chose to not get an x-ray for that reason along with knowing I would be getting one the next day and that I'd be waiting 10 minutes max for it.

I had a an appt for 5:40 be there at 5:20 , I was there at 5:15 signed in with the front desk and paid, was told someone would be with me shortly. I was not told to go back until 6:25 & then still had to wait until 7 for the dr to see me. Why even have an appt if I was going to have to wait 1 1/2 anyways. It was not a busy afternoon. I left my appointment very impressed with both his clinical knowledge and his compassion. Erick has all the qualities of an excellent physician, and I sincerely hope to see him become an MD one day. I wish they would have dressed the wound. Or instructions on how to clean and dress it at home. It also would have been nice to have at least one person visible when leaving the back area. Front desk was great!

Yes, I would just like to say thank you. When I was there, I only waited about maybe 20 minutes. Everybody was extremely helpful. I'm feeling a little bit better, still struggling with some pain, but anytime I go to your facility, I always, always get taken care of. Thank you for that. Have a great day.

The doctor and nurse were incredibly caring. I had to have a pelvic exam and the nurse could see I was nervous and a bit uncomfortable. She asked if she could hold my hand and i held her hand through the procedure. She proceeded to ask what I had going on this weekend. And we had a whole conversation about my son's 13 birthday party that I was planning. Totally took my mind off the exam. That has to be the MOST caring thing I've experienced. The doctor communicated through the whole process to ensure i understood everything. 5-star!!!!

The computer did not take my check in. There is a known problem of how its display is confusing. I was only told to press registration which I did. This created a 30 minute delay. After I had arrived the 15 minutes eat and multiple people went ahead of me. The nurse practitioner Erick Domingues was was very good at getting my problems solved in a nice, caring professional manner. He gets a 10 !

The wait was way too long and the nurse practitioner was apologetic, but he seemed like he was too new, like it was over his head, like he didn't really know what he was talking about and he just seemed very inexperienced.
