Had to wait three months to be seen. Then waited over an hour to be seen. Visit felt rushed. I was told to follow up in two months, when I check I was told 2 months was a "joke" his first available was June. Clearly scheduling is a problem for this practice. While everyone is very nice, that only gets so far when your in pain and can't be seen.

I appreciated that he was clearly familiar with the complexity of my case and prepared to discuss it in detail. By the end of the visit, Dr. A outlined a clear, comprehensive diagnostic and management plan. The morning following my appointment he called personally to say that he had conferred with a colleague regarding my case, and to update me on my diagnostics and who would be responsible for my care going forward. His preemptive action on what could've been an ordinary referral meant a lot to me and assured me in the midst of what's been a really complicated and stressful situation.

I'm confused that the summary notes stressed info about fall prevention and NOTHING was discussed about falling or even that I had issues with falling. I don't have this issue. The visit was strictly about ringing in left ear and mri results. Dr A was good with showing me the chart/picture of the canal or area that was identified on mri and nothing mentioned about falling. Can that be removed from my medical notes please. I do not want falling to be left on my medical notes and would like that corrected asap. Thanks for this opportunity.
