Cynthia G. Nurse practitioner was very good, much more so then doctor. He wrote in my notes things he didn't do or discuss. Disappointed in what is going on permanent records. No reson way I should have had to go in to days in a row. Covered same thing on clearance appointment as annual physical. We tried on my chart 3 times but staff would not let us. When we got to office doctor couldn't understand why that hadn't been done.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:30am today with a different practitioner. There was a mix-up in the scheduling and the practitioner was expecting a virtual appointment. As I was already in the office, I was rescheduled to meet with Ms Giannetti at 10:30am. As you can imagine, this was rather frustrating, however Ms Giannetti made it worth the wait. She was extremely attentive to understanding my issue and sought counsel from the doctor to ensure the proper diagnosis and treatment. I will definitely be requesting Ms Giannetti on my next doctors visit.
