It is always a pleasure to see Cynthia Giannetti. She has great bedside manners. She's a good listener and gentle during examination, doesn't rush and provides feedback in a friendly manner. The rest of the office staff are also warm and genuinely want to help patients.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:30am today with a different practitioner. There was a mix-up in the scheduling and the practitioner was expecting a virtual appointment. As I was already in the office, I was rescheduled to meet with Ms Giannetti at 10:30am. As you can imagine, this was rather frustrating, however Ms Giannetti made it worth the wait. She was extremely attentive to understanding my issue and sought counsel from the doctor to ensure the proper diagnosis and treatment. I will definitely be requesting Ms Giannetti on my next doctors visit.
